Was told I would get a call back and was never called. Wasn't helpful in any way. Terrible customer service. Will not be using this provider. If I could put 0 stars in would.

I've had great luck with these folks. They communicate effectively and are quick to answer questions. I would recommend them to a friend.

Speaking with Alex was very helpful and insightful. I appreciated him taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns I had. The consultation was quick and easy, and the process of starting with them seems it will be a painless process. Look forward to working with them.

I first like to say LaSara Medical Group is professional and superb. Everything has been at it upmost quality. I have just 1 complaint, the Medical nurse practitioner Cortney is doing a great job but we don’t see eye to eye and there is a conflict of interest. I am requesting a new nurse to call and go over my bloodwork. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied with the staff and team at LaSara. Sincerely Gregory Cain

Courtney has been great in helping me feel great. I have had a poor experience with in person clinics. She listens to how I am doing not just looking at the numbers. I had one clinic only looked at the numbers. My estradiol was up a little and the put me on a blocker and bottomed me out. I felt worse than before I started TRT.

Alex has made the entire process extremely easy. I was hesitant at first when wanting to start TRT, but they offer no judgement and want the absolute best for my health. The NP was great at telling me exactly what to expect and lifestyle changes that would be beneficial to my health. I would highly recommend!

The only thing they’re good at is billing you every month. The nurse practitioner often talks over you. I decided to cancel my service with them however, I had a follow up consultation with the nurse practitioner scheduled after my last blood draw. I really didn’t get anything of value from the consultation. The second blood draw was not near as detailed as the first, so what’s the point. After that consultation, the owner personally called me and asked why I had a consultation if I had canceled my membership. Well, I pay you $169 a month although most months you do nothing. Way too many other knowledgeable providers out there to use this organization.
