These guys came to my rescue when I needed them most! I was pushed against a tight deadline to file a case and the broken key slowed me down a great deal. Ordered from NZ early July and they were good with response and giving a solution when the key was no longer in stock. Unfortunately, shipping let's them down and 4 weeks later we are still waiting and the tracking has not moved since LA. They have since issued a full refund (yet to receive by the time of this message) after I informed them which was great customer service I would like to say. They do however offer other options for shipping so take this into consideration when ordering from them. Thanks Sheng, you have done your best. I am giving 4 star for customer service from Sheng alone.

Tried to pick the right key style to replace the up arrow on my thinkpad. Spent way too long comparing pictures and google searching and even talking to AI before ordering what was apparently the wrong style because it doesn't fit. They give you pictures to compare with your broken key, but those pictures are irrelevent unless they happen to be the exact same key you broke (ie, your F12 key mechanism may look different from their picture of an F1 key mechanism.) Yes, they say to message them if you're not sure what style to order. But my laptop is a common laptop and I figured it wouldn't be that complicated to replace a key on it. Well, clearly it is.

I ordered keypads for 400+ keyboard thinking that the 400 keypads mentioned on the website supports the 400+.

I received and the Caps Lock button didn't fit. They kindly sent me the 400+ Caps Lock without charges.

The look of the replacement keypad is the same. I cannot distinguish the difference between the original and the replacement one at all.

It took a about 2 months for it to ship and I got the wrong product.

So I'm updating my review because the company has refunded my order. I was shipped a key that didn't fit. Perhaps the 'validation' in the process as presented to a casual customer could be pointedly specific, or maybe I had a senior moment.
They refunded me even though i was unneccessarily rude. So I've changed this from a 1 to a 4.

I received fast and impeccable key replacement service. The keys were fitted properly, and there was no visual difference from the originals. I will definitely recommend the company. Logitech Mechanical keyboard

Key mailed fast and correct. Easy install. Perfect fit. I recommend this company for replacement keys. Mine was for an Apple separate keyboard.

Highly recommend this company. I searched the web looking for a replacement key for my laptop and had no luck. I even ordered the same brand laptop keyboard from Ebay which was brand new. I wanted to pull a key and hinge clip off and use it however the plastic hinge clip underneath the key was different than mine even though it was the keyboard brand name. Thank goodness I found this company! I do recommend not taking the middle rubber round part off if you don't have too. However if it's already off they provide you with a new one. Make sure the rubber knob is perm. stuck in place, it comes from the Mfg. glued. This company provides sticky to place back on if you need to. Don't hesitate go with this company. I did email them with questions, it took two emails to get a reply but they did reply.

Everything worked just fine as I was expecting.
The information to choose what type of keys was clear. Arrived before expected.
When I needed support I was responded quickly.

Thank you so very much. You saved me over $300 that Best Buy was trying to get from me by purchasing another Magic Keyboard Ipad Pro when all I needed was the replacement key kit. Imagine spending years of paying for extended warranty only to be told that there was nothing that they could do for me but have me buy a whole new keyboard. The company shipped my order on the 2nd. When it didn’t arrive, I contacted them on the 14th. I didn’t get a response until the 19th, after several emails. They didn’t offer a replacement until the 22nd. As of the 27th, the only thing they’ve done is print a shipping label...no replacement has actually been mailed.

It’s been 25 days since the original shipment, and I still have nothing in hand. The item does show its sat in the same city for most of the 25 days, but its the responsiblity of the shipper to reship and file claim on their lost mail. At the very least respond to my emails in a timely manner.

This is not acceptable service.

Original order was never received, but was shipped contacted them and they sent out a replacement quickly and received and installed. Very seamless would do business again.

Clear concise instructions on checking that I was ordering the right keys for my keyboard. When they arrived, they were indistinguishable from the original keys and have taken the "worn" look away while functioning perfectly.
Delivery takes a wee while but it's international and they don't stick the arm in for it. Very pleased, will be back for the next time I wear out my foward/back/reload keys 🙂

I received my item which works fine. It did take some time, but I'm fine with that.

Ordering is pretty straightforward but after I ordered, for 2 weeks I didn’t get any update on my order. I emailed them but they aren’t very quick(might have to wait a day or so for a response), which I expected from most companies. But the experience I got while emailing them was very pleasant. No instructions on how to install the placement key was there but shipping was pretty fast and customer service was pleasant were my two biggest takeaway with this company.
