Faster delivery than expected. Great product.

The only place I could find with the correct make of D key needed for my son's laptop. The website allowed me to find the correct laptop model easily. It wasn't cheap for me though, but it was expected due to USA -> EU and the delivery time was good. The key cap also came with a replacement scissor-switch and rubber dome too. Great service!

Actually by mistake they have sent me the wrong key replacement, I was thinking to myself “oh well, that’s not worth the time to send them anything about it”

My Logitech MX Keys keyboard was not cheap, so it would have been such a waste to dump it just because of a faulty left Ctrl key. Laptop Key Replacements had exactly the correct part and their YouTube channel was very helpful information for me to replace the key without further breakage. Freight from USA to Australia was pretty quick too.

I ordered a replacement key for my keyboard, carefully matching it to my keyboard’s model number. However, when it arrived, it wasn’t quite the right fit. Confused, I reached out to their support team — and they went above and beyond. They tracked down the slightly different version my keyboard needed and sent me a new replacement completely free of charge after sending in a few photos of my issue. In the grand scheme of things, this wasn't a huge issue, but the fact that they cared enough to take the extra time to help me fix my item meant a lot. Great customer service like this is rare, and it definitely earned them a five-star rating from me.

I had mixed results. The first key they sent me was wrong. I sent an email with photos of all the original key elements plus a photo of the key they sent me. Did not receive a response.
A week later, I requested a RMA number to return the new key. Again, no response.
Two weeks later, with no prior communication, I received a replacement key from them. It works perfectly.
Don’t yet if I’m being charged for the second/correct key, or if they made a mistake with the first key and just replaced it with the correct key.
In the final analysis, they have good products, but non-existent customer service skills.

Recently bought replacement keycaps for my Zephyrus g16 2023 model left ctrl and spacebar, first time I bought the wrong key type because there wasn't pictures of my switches on their website, but the support was helpful in ordering the right type and they refunded me the whole thing except for the shipping costs without returning the items, so i had to pay 9 dollars extra for both shipments then what I should have if I got them right the first time. What's important here is that the keycaps turned out perfect just like my originals, I was really surprised. I had to only switch the ctrl and spacebar keycap and one switch from my spacebar, so a part of my spacebar is stiffer than the other but I'm sure it would fix itself overtime and doesn't have to do anything with their services, would def recommend.

The web page said the key was brand new. It was not. When I received the replacement key, it had a broken hinge plate pin. The key I had already also had a broken hinge plate pin, but in a different spot. Thier recommendation was to take apart the two hinge plates and put the good parts together to make a good one. It was a simple task for me, but for others it may not have been. It also took eight days to get to me. When I order something as brand new and get something that is not, that is a problem.

Great, able to replace my laptop key for Acer Swift 5. Only downside is that they didn’t have the green colour, but the black blends in enough and it all works really well! Would use this company and recommend in the future!

I had to wait a while to get my laptop key replacement parts but I was updated about the delays. It was a supplier issue. Though it took a while, when my parts finally came in, they were correct. After having a broken shift key, and now having the right parts for the repair, it feels like I have a new computer. When I placed the order, customer service had me take photographs to send in to ensure I was getting the right part. Great experience from a company supplying obscure, hard-to-find laptop replacement parts!

I’ve placed an order on March 1st ‘25. 24th of March still no key so I emailed them. was supposed to get a response within 24-48 hours. 8 day later (april 1st) still no response. Send them another email…. 48 hours later still no response.

To me it feels like a scam. I see a lot of good reviews where they talk about “great Communications” doesn’t seem trust worthy anymore.

I’ve received a response from the customer service. They asked me to wait an additional 5 day. Did that no package. Mailed them again took about 8 days, no response, send them another email and got response with the request to wait an additional 5 to 8 days. Told them I was not going to do that. They asked of I wanted a full refund or if I wanted them to send another one. I chose to keep hope and requested a new one. This was on April 18th and on May 5th I received the new button. When it. Comes to the quality of the button I can’t separate it from the original one so the quality is very good. Only thing they really need to work on is communication towards the customer.

Other than that I am satisfied and changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

The ‘A’ key on my Logitech keyboard came loose and wouldn’t stay on the keyboard and was extremely frustrating having to deal with, but thanks to laptopkeysreplacements, my keyboard is now fully functional and I don’t have to spend $100+ on a new keyboard thanks to them🙏😇 they shipped the order fast and it was super easy to install and fix. THANK YOU!!!! I can now type again in peace without suffering anytime I have to press the ‘A’ key.
