Kwekerijgommer Recenzje 

Had via de webshop 3 brugmansias besteld.
Van de planten die ik besteld had is er 1 niet van de door mij bestelde soort.
Heb direct een mail gestuurd en een foto van het bijgevoegde plantenkaartje en rekening toegevoegd.
Helaas geen antwoord.
Een week later weer een mail gestuurd en tot op heden nog steeds niets gehoord.
Als je een webshop runt mag je toch wel verwachten dat de klantenservice ook goed is en tenminste reageert op een door hun gemaakte fout.
1 keer besteld nooit meer.

De website klopt niet. Ze hebben alleen fuchsia's en brugmansia's en niet de andere planten zoals de abutilons die wel ruim op hun site staan.

For several years I have bought plants - brugmansia - from Fuchsiakwekerij Gommer (www. kwekerijgommer.com).
The plants have always been as promised on the website, but this year something has gone wrong.
I had ordered some plants for delivery on April 10, but it wasn't until April 16 that I got a letter informing me, that my package could be picked up at a parcel shop.
On Gonmer's website and on my order confirmation it says that the package will be delivered by DHL. I suspect that the problems with my plants are due to the fact that Gommer had instead sent it with Österreische Post AG. Apparently, they work together with the Danish company Bring, so they were the ones who made sure that the package finally arrived at the parcel shop. The detour/long transport time meant that the majority of the plants was heavily dried and had lost lots of leaves.
I was very disappointed and wrote an email to Gommer the same day complaining about the problem with the plants. When I had not heard from the company after a week, I wrote to them again asking for information on when exactly they had sent the plants to me.
Unfortunately, I have still heard nothing from Gommer and can only conclude that the company does not bother to answer complaints or critical questions.
This means, of course, that I will never trade with them again.
I assume that they are completely equal, because I am only a small private customer who means nothing to their turnover, but I would still warn others against doing business with them.
I find it both thought-provoking and pathetic that an otherwise reputable company just ignores complaints and fails to answer questions.
