Save your money and buy elsewhere. Horrible quality. Received a coat as a gift. It began unraveling two months later. Contacted customer service and they offered a 30% off coupon lol. Coukd not repair or replace. Poor product and poor service.

I bought two pairs of shorts and two pairs of longer pants. I have found that both the shorts and long pants to be hard wearing and extremely resistant to staining which is great. They are light weight and just feel good to wear and good to feel. On the down side both shorts and pants have this problem where the zipper comes down. That’s not so cool. I don’t like wearing pants and find that I’m flying low without knowing it. There’s a fault there in the design because it happens on every one of these pieces of clothing. That’s about $300 worth of clothing that doesn’t perform as it should where it does really count.

I recently ordered a pair of the Haven Joggrs and an Inspira SS, these pieces have become my life uniform! I can dress them up for a casual office look, they are comfortable without looking like a slob in sweats for a day in and out of airports, and of course they are perfect for hiking, camping, biking, any outdoor activity. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

They suck. So my husband loves their hats. I order 2 hats, 30 dollars per hat and 15 dollars shipping. Fine, he loves the stupid hats. I get them and one is too small. I'm sending it back and they take an additional 7 dollars for a return slip and I have to print another shipping label myself 2 dollars. That's almost a hat. Never again!

I bought a jack for $130 and it started to pill several months later. I called the company sent them pictures their response was that clothing is supposed to pill it is a natural process.
I had to get rid of the Jacket because it looked like I had purchased it at Goodwill.... No more Kihl

I paid £80 for a pair of trousers with a faulty pop button. Thery admit that this is a flaw ("sometimes the piece can be defective and we are more than happy to repair them for you and replace the snap closure with a functioning piece. We are aware of this problem and are moving future lines away from the snap button, but at the moment we still have some of our models fitted with this closure system") but not only do they continue to sell them, but they refuse to reimburse me. This company is grossly irresponsible.

Just got my amazingly fast order today, so happy!! & to top it of they sent me a huge GERMAN CHOCOLATE BAR 🍫. Kuhl is amazing

Purchased a $99 pair of dark khaki RYDR pants and experienced significant fading after the first wash. Exact washing directions were followed. Fading was spotty in nature and really made pant look terrible. Kuhl wouldn't take them back or refund even after I send pics of the pants. Buyer beware.

Wife bought me a pair of pants that had to be returned. Only gave a voucher. Sed it to pay for part of a more expensive jacket but that was also defective. They refused to return the voucher amount or even give store credit. They basically robbed my wife the same as muggin her on a NY subway. This company needs to be investigated.

I purchased a KUHL vest for a Christmas gift. The vest was too small.... all the tags were still on the vest, and customer service said I could not exchange/return vest, because they no longer featured it in their catalog. I will never do business with this company, and I would advise anyone who chooses to, to read the 'fine lines', and make sure YOU don't end up with a 'Final Sale'!!!

I would not buy from this company due to their tight return policy. The item/vest was purchased on 10/17/22 was a Christmas gift, I called on Jan 4, 2023, and needed to exchange it for another size and was denied the ability to return it due to it being outside of their return/exchange time. While I get being outside of the time frame, they would not budge or allow us to exchange the item, so I am now stuck with an item we cannot even use. You would thing a company like this would have been flexible, but this company is not whatsoever, and we would NEVER buy an item from this company again....NEVER!

Great company to deal with. I had 3 Renegade shorts with stitching coming loose that were bought in 2019. I sent pictures and filled out their form and sent in. The next day they sent me a UPS return label and a form to fill out and shipped the shorts back to them. They made the repairs and had them back to me in less than 3 weeks.

Purchased an Interceptr Full Zip Jacket and within only one winter season the elbow areas and much of the breast areas of the jacket are "pilled," also known as "fuzz balls" to such an extent that I do not wear the jacket to church or even to the grocery store. The jacket appears to have been made with inferior materials. Worse yet, Kuhl will has refused my request for a replacement under the auspices of its warranty. Beware people. The garments are cutting edge in appearance only.

Caution: I ordered a pair of these pants a few weeks ago and was very pleased. Four weeks later I ordered two more pairs in other colors. However: the legs were cut much wider.

The Kühl company says that this can happen. They also said: That is just the way it is. I could send the pants back.

Unfortunately, it turns out: because I wore the pants once and took off the labels, Kühl no longer takes them back. So much for the "great" customer service from Kühl.

I can only warn VERY strongly based on my experience. The quality of the goods seems to be very different.
Customer service is very unfriendly. The return policy is also poor. I will not order anything more from Kühl.

Bought an expensive t-shirt a few years ago through a US Military Exchange... I have seldomly worn this shirt; however, I noticed there were three areas of stitching that are loose along the horizontal chest seam... I submitted a warranty claim to Kuhl... Approx 2 weeks later, the company responded with the following: "Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, that damage is not something we are able to repair or cover under our warranty due to the nature of which it was damaged and not being a manufacturer defect."

Confirming with a professional seamstress that the true nature of the defect ​was, in fact, a manufacturer's defect, I requested my case be evaluated by a supervisor... No response... I made this request a second time, and the response was that I "may have the best luck with taking the item to where it was originally purchased."
Pushing the solution onto the Military Exchange (or any retailer), who only markets manufacturer products further demonstrates zero sincere or legitimate concern for the quality of their products and the satisfaction of their customers...

I strongly encourage all Navy and AFEES Exchange purchasing agents seriously reconsider allowing Kuhl to be sold in all Military Exchanges so as to protect military personnel from a company who will not stand by the perceived quality of their products...

Same as a lot of the other more recent reviews. Bought 4 pr of shorts Sept of 2021, 3 of them are fine, one of them, the material is completely falling apart (in MID FABRIC< not at seams or stress points)...sent pics, explanation etc. Their reply? That's not a defect and you're outside your warranty anyways. Um...Kuhl? You list no specific "time frame" for your warranty, it's purely at your discretion.

Once again, ANOTHER company, living off their well established reputation, now selling you cheap, inferior junk manufactured China at premium prices.

Very sad.

Absolute bunk of a company. Had defective clothing and filed warranty return/replacement. Over a month and still nothing. I had to ship back to KUHL at MY COST on top of it all. So now, I'm out the clothing, the shipping and the replacement! Ridiculous.
**UPDATE 11-13-22
After continual email and phone contact, I was finally shipped a replacement. Changed rating from 1 star to 2 stars since I did eventually get a replacement article of clothing, but still sub par customer service.

Zipper broke and kuhl co. said: "we cant repair fly zippers." That statement is bullsh**. Of course they can, but they won't. I also have had issues with the snap button

KUHL Konfidant Air Pant. Best material, great fit, no shinkage when washed, colour fastness is much better than some other KUHL pants. Best Pant for spring, autumn and in particular summer or hot climates. Generous fit seems slightly better than the cotton products and plenty of room around crutch without a saggy bottom. Great for work or leisurewear.

I had received a Raid Belt as a Gift over a year ago along with some mens clothing. Prior to dealing with their customer support incompetents i thought that they were a really Kuhl company.
Now this particular belt is a a real piece of crap and no longer in their lineup for a reason, there are numerous negative reviews fir this item on REI website who no longer carry it as well, But they refuse to allow me to return it after endless emails, they now want to talk on the phone. I will echo another review here stating that their customer service people are totally incompetent and uncaring. I have purchased and returned items to North Face and Marmot with no problems in the past. Kuhl wants you to receive an authorization prior to any return and will charge you $9 for the privledge, on top of you have the privledge to pay for shipping!
If I could return all of my KUHL clothing items at this point for a refund, i would gladly do so, all because of poor customer service.
They fancy themselves a small family run local company, so I am sure their staffing reflects this most likely filled with Cronyism and Nepotism Incompetents!
And now more of their idiocracy in trying to submit this review, which is not working on their E Form!
