My customer care advisor Angela was amazing! There was a bit of a dilemma regarding a delivery not turning up, my son had a wobble… I had a wobble 🙈 Made contact with Krispy Kreme and Angela replied with empathy and understanding, to most it will seem trivial but we are a household of multiple disabilities ASD being one. Angela took the time to not only understand the issue, but to also offer help and she was so kind and friendly. On speaking to Angela today, the help she gave. To some may seem like a stupid small thing, but meant the absolute world to us (my son specifically) it’s the first time ordering online and first time using my APP (didn’t realise you could use it instore too I thought it was just an online account thing, I may be a dinosaur) but what was accomplished today means the absolute world. Krispy Kreme are a big part of my sons world, he even has Krispy Kreme socks. So this offer of help and resolve, along with the kindness and empathy shown by Angela today. It will not be forgotten, some people in customer service aren’t in the role because they enjoy it and that’s evident. Angela took the time and for that I am truly grateful!

Fantastic customer service from Angela when my donuts weren’t delivered by the courier. My query was sorted swiftly and easily, I will not hesitate to reorder again as I know the donuts are top notch! So is the customer service! Highly recommended!

After having a bad experience with delivery Lynn dealt with my complaint and resolved it promptly

Rebecca from the Krispy Kreme Customer Care team replied to my message and sorted out my issue very quickly. I am impressed with the quick response and very happy with the outcome. My issue was something to do with my Smiles account and a mistake that I made (it was my own fault). From this experience, I can say that Krispy Kreme takes their customers’ smiles seriously! I’ll continue to recommend Krispy Kreme to friends and colleagues.

If I could give 0 stars I would, order never arrived, not even dispatched. Emailed had no response. Call today, just told "they don't know what happened" I can have a refund but it's gonna take 5 to 10 days to get back.

Had a problem with my recent order due to the courier dropping my package. Emailed customer services about this and Lynn was very helpful in getting a replacement box sent out which I received today. Very happy overall

I love krispy kremes they are my once a month treat. However ive had a dozen delivered by them 3 times... every time they are delivered they are clearly old stale stock that couldn't be sold in a store. Disgusting business practices that they exacerbate by telling bold face lies about them being freshly baked the morning of delivery. DO NOT GET KK DELIVERED !!!!

From Krispy Kreme excellent service from there end. Delivery was not so good DPD driver needs a lesson about leaving food items in the pouring rain rather than a covered porch! However, customer services were fabulous. Whilst not Krispy Kreme’s fault they helped sort it out, so could not ask for more. Thank you!
