Ordered as a gift and they didn’t arrive and then the next day my order was cancelled! It was a let down on the morning of the birthday!
I requested a refund, and customer support, Lynn, did a great job of helping me and also went the extra mile to ensure I was happy.
First time ordering, could possibly put me off ordering again BUT I LOVE the donuts so will absolutely continue to buy in store.

I had an issue with product quality and got onto customer services to help out. I dealt with Lynn who was great to deal with and resolved the issue straight away. I would of given the overall experience of customer service a 5 but 4 because the quality issue. Thanks Lynn.

Eloise helped me with an issue with my app where a reward seemed to be redeemed by mistake. She was really quick and efficient in resolving my issue.

I had to order 17 dozen boxes with specific donuts that my client required, Lynn made the process very straightforward.

Ordered 2 boxes of birthday donuts on 11th sep for them to be delivered 2nd October. DPD emailed me stating delays. Come 3rd oct they still hadn’t arrived. They were then classed as perishable so didn’t deliver. Krispy Kreme haven’t replied to my 4 emails. 2 sons let down. Customer service is atrocious- will never use again

Ordered delivery for a Friday, never received order. Contacted customer services and they said they would send them again, never received them. Contacted customer services no reply, phoned customer services only to find they had turned the phones off. It’s been a week with no answers and nobody to contact. Still out of pocket with no refund.

There was something on my receipt that needed correcting and someone made the correction and got back to me within an hour. Responsive and helpful-not to mention excellent doughnuts!

Great customer service. Timely delivery. Packed brilliantly. Couldn’t ask for more.

Amazing customer service from Lynn at head office, she was amazing to talk to and very professional and above resolved the issue quickly and with ease.

KK advertised a special offer so thought we would treat the family. Delivery never arrived despite organising my work to ensure I was in to accept delivery.
Social team are useless and after the initial response from the customer care team to offer a refund or replacement Iv heard nothing since!

Do not order for special occasions- high chance you will be let down!

Ordered a quantity of assorted doughnuts to be delivered to my workplace.....needed to alter Billing Address as defaulted to my work address - Angela from customer care obliged and changed for me. Good service so far, if delivery of doughnuts this week goes as well - I'll be well pleased 😀

I had an issue with collection (my own fault), so contacted Krispy Kreme's help team fully expecting a stressful experience. How wrong was I? I got a lovely customer service agent named Lynn who dealt with my problem with patience and kindness. This was my first time using Krispy Kreme but certainly won't be the last. Thank you.

Ordered Doughnuts on Wednesday, It is currently the following Tuesday. No sign of them, No communication, keep getting spam emails from DPD saying they have been in the same location for 5 days. Cant get through to a human, been on hold with the company for over 30mins and had to hang up due to the most irritating hold music to ever exist. The chat on their website will not allow you to talk to a human. Have eventually been told that someone will contact me for a refund/new order, haven't been contacted and had that response a few days ago. They have my money, haven't provided the service and now I can't get hold of them.... Seems a bit like a scam to me

I placed an order online, and ordered a dozen ( select you own) means that i took time with my family to choose our donuts,i went to collect them in Westfield Stratford ground floor shop, and i was given my box,i run to my car because i was badly parked and i was allowed to leave the car for just 5 minutes,once next the car,i realised that they changed the order, and they gave me an assorted box,the one they pre- packed you know just cheap donuts ( rings that we don't eat at home) also they weren't fresh,and they look awful,can you imagine that i haven't receive any of the limited edition ones,that i paid for them.
They think that they are clever but challenging your order

Ordered online for click & Collect the next day. I got the offer of buying 24 glazed donuts for just of £20 & was able to apply my BlueLightCard discount to get it for £18.88! That’s great!!! I ordered to collect 2pm but then needed to collect it earlier & customer service responded quickly the next morning reassuring me that it was fine to collect at earlier time.

Easy to order. Had a very fast response from customer service. Rectified my mistake quickly and efficiently.
