Love the coffee, have ordered extras, I believe this company tries hard, it has provided a good selection of quality coffee. It has had some administrational glitches, but hey, they put them right. One can ask no more!

A sampling club should give you variety, they do. My only downer has been some poor response to extra orders, but all problems have been resolved to my satisfaction,
I will continue to support.

I was given a year's subscription to Kopi as a gift and it really is a lovely idea. The packages appear as regular as clockwork each month and there it is, another new blend to try. Obviously, some are nicer than others but all are very acceptable. We love the little notes about them, it's rather like wines, lots of subtle flavours to look for, always way over our head. Our level of appreciation loiters at , "Oh, this is a nice one." Particularly if you're looking for an unusual present to buy for someone who enjoys coffee this is a brilliant service and will be much enjoyed.

If you love coffee, you'll love Kopi! Seriously, whenever I'm asked what I'd like for my birthday or Christmas I always struggle to come up with something ... But I love coffee and had heard about Kopi from a friend so I thought I'd give it a go. And I love it. Of course I love the coffee but, importantly, I love the ethos of the company. I'd definitely recommend it to fellow coffee lovers.

A club with real benefits

I really liked to package used up to this month...and the informaton about the coffee. This month a brown paper envelope which does not seal well and no information. The coffee is OK, even if the last two were a bit on the mild side.

The coffee is superb. And it's great to see a company that really values the customer experience.

You buy coffee for that extra occasion and like it. You then buy better coffee and enjoy. Why not go that extra mile and join Kopi for that real experience.

I really enjoy being a member of Kopi and do not regret spending money on this. You receive a lovely unique coffee every month and it lasts me perfectly having a cup ish per day. The packaging is great and the extra value of getting the history and tasting notes make this service truly unique. In any interaction with the company, they are always really helpful and quick to respond.

I've been a member of KOPI since launch, it offers the best coffee from around the world and the selection just gets better and better. The team are so friendly and if anything goes amis they are on the ball instantly, its great to have such good customer service.

I've never tasted coffee so good, each sip makes my mouth tingle and my taste buds glow. I've never had a poor coffee.

Great selection- tasty, lively, varied and the potted histories of the growers are brilliant. You really feel 'connected' to the coffee. Difficult to pick a favourite. A great wedding/birthday present along with maybe a couple of swanky coffee cups. Delivery exceptional - well packed, arrives on time and slips through the letterbox no bother. I got it for Christmas from my son but will carry on once the year is up. So much nicer than store bought beans. I keep it sealed in the fridge door and it stays fresh.

I have been fascinated and delighted with the range of very different coffees I have been sent this year. i have not been disappointed with any of them and on three occasions, ordered extra bags. The back up service really is first class, friendly and very efficient. Suffice it to say that i shall shortly be extending my subscription and i doubt you will have much of a problem guessing what my sons are getting for their birtdays this year

This service is great, has really opened my eyes to the massive variation of coffee the world has to offer. I was bought this 12 month subscription as a present and can honestly say it's one of the best gifts I have ever had. I'm half way through and already have new favourite areas that I want to explore more. I can't fault this at all and am so impressed I will be buying at least 2 subscriptions for family members this coming Christmas.

Takes the grind out of brewing great coffee !

The coffee is really tasty with great guidance notes. Usually packaged really nicely in a great foil reseal pack, just this month though in quite a big cumbersome and hard to use cardboard bag - takes up too much space in fridge. Please go back to your old style!

I look forward to my Kopi delivery each month, the tasting booklet is really well done and the coffee itself superb!

The only bad thing I can think of is that I often run out of beans before getting the next shipment. So I always wonder if there would be a simple way to

a) see a countdown somewhere when exactly my next pack is going to arrive, then I can plan a bit about how I will get through the days without kopi beans or limit my use to stretch what I have until the next bag arrives.

b) be less tied into the monthly cycle - could I press a 'I'm nearly out of coffee' button somewhere when I see that my bag is getting empty so that I can receive the next shipment? Understood that this is not in line with the new batch of beans being sourced and roasted necessarily, but sometimes it's more important to _have_ beans than the have the _new_ beans.

c) could b) happen automatically using some magical tech that is embedded inside the bag?!

All in all - perfect though. :)

Since I joined Kopi I have yet to receive my coffee when I am supposed to and have had to chase each month in order to receive it.

It is good to try different coffees, without having to try to find them locally. We have enjoyed the experience, and while there are some coffees we would not buy again, in general the coffees have been excellent. The tasting notes help us decide how strong to make the coffee and which method to use. We were given membership as a present, but it is likely that we will continue the membership when it expires

I love coffee. This service is awesome for me as each month I get a fresh batch of something special to try. Board of supermarket coffee and too lazy to trawl specialist shops and markets, these guys just keep sending good coffee. What more could you want? Love it.
