Taking the time to step back
I came into this without really knowing what to expect - having never really meditated, but being broadly aware of the benefits.
I had two brilliant sessions with Simon, where we explored a couple of different areas; learning to reset after a busy day's work, and calibrate attention to improve focus and remove distractions. Both sessions were incredibly useful and Simon did a great job of balancing a little bit of science, with real world application, in an incredibly accessible way.
It's pretty rare to spend time in such a focused, inward way and it's been fascinating to continue to explore over the past couple of weeks. I went away with some clear summaries, some guided audio recordings and a real understanding of the benefits and have spent some time over the last couple of weeks working out how to fit the exercises into my weekly life. Simon was incredibly helpful in discussing ways to find the time, understanding that it can be easier said than done, and that has definitely enabled me to beging to make this a new habit.
I would thoroughly recommend spending some time with Simon and Klarosity if you want to just take a moment to step back from the business. If like me meditation isn't something you'd considered much before, I think Simon is a brilliant practitioner who can make those first steps really accessible and interesting
