So disappointed. Bought 2 candles from here after seeing and smelling them in a local shop. Out of the box they smell amazing but when lit there is no fragrance from them at all. Waste of money. Will not be purchasing again.

I am completely and utterly obsessed with Aery! Every single candle and product I have bought has been of the highest quality, stylish in my home and just plain gorgeous.

I think AERY candles are fantastic. A friend put me onto the benefits of tomato leaf candles as a way of taking cooking smells out of the house, and after searching around, AERY were the ones I found. I’m so glad I did, because they’re absolutely beautiful.
They smell incredible and work really well, and now every member of the family has one. I also bought one as a gift for my friend, and she was delighted, especially as she’d struggled to find a replacement candle herself.
The only thing I would say is: is there any chance you could do a larger size? A bigger version would be superb.
They’re now one of my absolute favourite candles, just fabulous and delivery is super quick x

The website, the speed and process from order to delivery, packaging and generous mystery bag are excellent. Excellent price point with the discount offer. The products (scented candles) came under expectations. The scent is too subtle. Hence I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

We bought 3 large “Happy space” candles and a room spray, having previously bought a small candle and loving the smell. They look beautiful and the smell is so good , making the whole room smell gorgeous. They smell really natural, no artificial smell which I really dislike. As we had spent a certain amount we got a free gift which I was incredibly impressed by as it contained lots of different products and has allowed us to try different smells and other items from the range. We will definitely be returning to buy more in the future. They are also cruelty free and fully natural ingredients. Win win!

I spent enough to get a free goody bag and was overwhelmed by the generosity. This was more than samples this was full size candles ... I will definitely be buying from Aery again.

I have bought the room spray from a boutique shop and it was a faulty. The head of the spray was going down too much that it leaked on my fingers all the time so I contacted the customer service and they sorted me out straight away. They posted me a new room spray. I really appreciate it that the customer service took this case seriously and I was taken care of. thank you.

I purchased a selection of the mini candles (Happy Space, Herbal Tea, Before Sleep and Botanical Gift Set). I had high hopes for naturally scented candles but I'm yet to actually pick up any of the scents they purport to be. In fact, hard to believe they have any scent at all. I'll enjoy the flickering flame but disappointed and wouldn't waste my money again. Good marketing, disappointing product

The boxes of two items were badly squashed in the parcel when it's arrived. It is a shame as I bought them as a gift. Fortunately the inside was ok so I can use them.
I hope packaging for online orders will be improved.

Good fragrances, carefully packed and promptly delivered. I had to wait for what I wanted to be back in stock but it was worth it. I’ll be back for more.

Sadly disappointed with my last order - I have started to purchase Aery direct online as I’ve always been very happy with their products purchased from their retailers. I recently placed an order and took advantage of the “mystery bags” on offer - purchasing 2 and whilst I understood they were a “lucky dip” of products, as detailed, I expected more variety of products as I was ordering two, but both bags were identical and underwhelming. I emailed to raise the issue and was told they were non refundable - not really the satisfactory response I was expecting.

Everything to do with the candle I bought was so smooth!
Ordering was easy, paying was easy, delivery was quick, and the quality of the candle I bought was excellent.

This brand is great and the candles are such great quality. Would recommend

Love the roller balls, depending on what mood I am in I choose a different one. Have just ordered lots to give as the perfect yoga retreat gift in Marrakech!

Delivery driver left the package on the doorstep and now the box and candles I wanted to give as a wedding present are destroyed.

Have made several purchases now from Aery. Beautiful candles, always burn evenly and cleanly. Really lovely natural scents. Always in exquisite packaging too!

I love your bath salts. I decided to buy more products and such a dissapointment.. candles are barely burn..I love all the scents but it’s a waste of money if you love candles. I’ve already given one of them as a gift and truly regret that. Other than that, fast delivery + amazing scents are the only positive thing at the moment. If you could improve your candles/wick I would try to buy again.

Much happier with the new batch of candles. The quality and smell is amazing.( Only one of the candles the scent was weak, hence 4 stars.) and the wick burns better than previous batch
