Had some units off you guys in July and iam very pleased with it all.Will be ordering some more later in the year.

Thank you for sorting out all the custome units they are an exact fit and we are so pleased with everything .Looking forward to the new showroom opening properly what we could see so far looks incredible

Third kitchen from kitchen collection in 10 years says it all wouldnt use anyone else.

Ordered some additional units for kitchen that we purchased 7 years ago from kitchen collection ,The range wasnt avaible anymore but they managed to get some matched up for us anyway.Brilliant service as when we first bought the kitchen 10 out of 10 from us.Also replaced the hob and sink (also from Kitchen collection) with updated models the all in one hob is fiddley to fit but works really well.

Exceptional service keeping me informed at every stage before delivery. Even with the last minute address change ! Thank you Courtney for being such a star .

Just to say our kitchen and sink and taps was delivered by your vey helpful driver Phil. Although not completley fitted yet we are over the moon with it all so far. Cant thank you all enough your customer service has been amazing you are obviously a fabulous team.

If you are reading this I wouldn’t bother with this company and would take a look at diy kitchens instead! I initially used this company approx seven years ago for a full kitchen refit. At the time the whole process was fraught with errors and incompetence by the company and their staff members who start off helpful and friendly and end up rude and incompetent. I recently needed to add some additional units, only three units and again error after error occurred. One of the larder doors was damaged and a non matching door was initially placed I’m guessing for transit reasons. After a lot of chasing I was sent a door but only a 500 vase unit and not a larder. Then after more chasing I was send completely the wrong larder door without frame. By now the whole process for only three units had taken over six months! Eventually the right door with right frame but no drill holes so after eight months I still have one larder door not on as I cannot get a fitter/ carpenter to do this. Staff were initially helpful but don’t be fooled as by the end they are completely rude and unhelpful.

We just wanted to say thank you to Courtney for helping us with the issue we had with our sink.She kept us informed at every stage .So polite and understanding .in this day and age thats a refreshing change.

Expensive And need to wait long time for delivery because they order from third party , we ordered sink from Kitchensinksandtaps and kitchen collection both are same company from the website, we try 4 Different cards payment but the website dodgy , we transfer payment to they account,they need one week to check the money and one week to send the order, nearly two weeks, it’s too long for waiting,
We decide to cancel our order, Courtney she promise us for refund will take between 3-5 days to reach our account but
over two months still waiting for our refund , We have really very bad experience with this Company , we are Dealing with someone she called Courtney .

We are soo delighted with our new kitchen.
Everyone worked really hard to get it as we wanted it .
Its absolutely lovely. Thanks to everyone at Kitchen Collection for all your help.

I have paid rs 299 for a kitchen set in this site for sunil dhola , who is the account holder of this site by April 8 2021. , It's been 9 days I haven't received any intimation from them nor the product. They are doing day light theft . I received a msg which had a link . Which is also not working . He has to be jailed. Plz don't waste your money

I’ve had my kitchen for 3 years but I’ll be ripping it out and spitting on it as I throw it in the bin.

The kitchen is pretty good for the price and so there must be a catch... it’s the complete lack of after sales support and appalling customer service. Avoid this company if you can.

Regarding the reply from the supplier below, it’s a shame they have to lie and try to cover up their issues. The unit was not damaged by the carrier, it was damaged and then bubble wrapped!

I’ll leave it to the potential customers to decide but I wouldn’t ever use them again.

Again...some shocking customer service with another teflon shoulders reply. Box and wrapping undamaged but cupboard damaged inside - obviously magic.

Don’t take my word for it, there are lots of reviews on here stating the shocking customer service. They could just send a new unit which at cost is maybe £30 to keep a customer happy but they just don’t care.

And yet another worthless reply without the customer in mind... there is nothing you can say to deflect the terrible customer service and the fact that you shipped a damaged unit.

Never mind the fact that you shipped it fully built when I asked for flat packed - you couldn’t even get that right. You didn’t supply what I asked for and then supplied it damaged.

Those reading this can make up their own minds, but my my verdict: Shameful.

So pleased we ordered from this company .We had already placed a deposit to secure a discount with another well known kitchen company but were not complety happy with the price or colours and couldnt have quite the units we wanted .our builder friend mentiond Kitchen Collection so we gave them a call and they were so helpful we sent them our plan and got a price.in the end they were much cheaper than our other price and could do more . We had the kitchen delivered with no proble.s even with lockdown on the go. My wife and i are really chuffed with the end results and we we will be doing a utility next .Thanks to Sarah and Steve especially for all there help working things out.

It was a pleasure to deal with both Alex and Steve as they adjusted their standard cabinet offerings to cope with the many bespoke alterations I was requesting. I also brought in a sample door from a competitor and they were quickly able to identify the product and arrange to match the range. The prices were transparent and fair and the quality of the finished product was flawless. After spending months looking for a firm to use I'm glad I chose this one.

Up until the point of delivery I would have given this company 4 stars, but 8 months later I am still waiting for missing and damaged parts.
I am constantly having to chase and receiving substandard responses (if they bother to respond at all!). The quality of aftercare has been appalling.

Used Kitchen Collection for a lot of our clients now. Always happy to help and quality for the money is incredible.Highly reccomend and will keep working with them for our future projects.

Having recently had my kitchen delivered i thought i would leave a review. Ordered an in frame painted kitchen which is okay although not the high standards i was expecting. Fitter had to remove frames and re fit as they were not square/flush to the units. I waited 8 weeks for delivery however upon delivery no Belfast sink. Upon further inspection i found i was missing a set of legs, a handle ,touch up paint as promised by Alex. Initially they were helpful however i have emailed both Alex and Steve numerous times and also rang 3-4 times a day and had no replies other than Steve replying to an email saying he had not received any. Regarding the sink they offered replacement but could not guarantee delivery that week as one i had ordered and paid for was 8 weeks earlier was a supplier issue. I got one on line within 2 days and £100 cheaper!!! They said if i could source one they would credit me back the money. That was promised on 5/10/2020 , today 14/10/2020 i am still waiting for refund, information regrading missing parts and paint and have had no replies to my emails and phone calls. I would not recommend this company at all. Worst customer service i have experienced and would urge anyone in the market for a quality kitchen... GO ELSEWHERE.

If you are prepared to do a bit of work and order your own kitchen, you can save over 50% from high street kitchen retailer pricing. The team were easy to work with especially when we were ordering a custom sized cabinet. High quality units. Could not fault their delivery team. Upon installation we noticed a few missing parts, a quick email and they arrived a couple of days later.
I was really impressed with the whole service and would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Collection.

Its a great pressure dealing with team at kitchen collections. We have been working together for years now, they are always friendly, polite and hard working. A true example of a top quality caring business. We highly recommend !

I ordered an ‘express’ kitchen just before lockdown and just missed out on a delivery slot. I was telephoned by Alex who was very apologetic even though it wasn’t Kitchen Collections fault. I subsequently changed my mind on which kitchen I wanted and poor Alex has spent quite a lot of his lockdown time answering my queries, helping me re-arrange quotes and since re-opening chasing up delivery of my order. Throughout he has been polite, helpful and prompt in replying to my numerous emails. The cabinets are sturdy and well made, the worktop as expected. I’m still waiting on the door fronts; Alex, of course is ‘on the case’. If you want good old fashioned customer service ask for Alex. You won’t get better.
