Shocking service for a company like this. I should have read this reviews before I purchased anything from them. Trying to return a bag for nearly a month now! They do not respond at all and I am stuck with the bag and no money. Unbelievable! They do not respond on any channel whatsoever. Will be filing a chargeback anyway and advising everyone not to buy anything from them. Absolutely dreadful! If it wasn't because of the name of the company I would say this is a scam, although then again they might be a scam indeed!

I bought 4 bags. I didn’t receive my 10% first purchase discount. I sent 3 emails. I called and waited on the line 20 mins. In my second call now still 20 min and they play customer message automatically say there is technical problem on system. When I receive I will return back all products. Never buy again from Kipling. Shockingly bad returns experience
Ordered a suitcase, it arrives, crappy quality. Decided to send it back, and that's where the problems started. First, they want you to PRINT the label, most companies give you a code for the label to be printed at the collection centre. So it already costs £3+ to return, as who has a printer at home nowadays, so you have to go to Rymans or other printing shop and print a label. To add insult to injury, the return labels they provide DO NOT WORK. They're NOT accepted by Collect+ Yodel returns centers. I ended up walking around my neighbourhood with this heavy bulky box, trying to get a returns point to accept my parcel. So the ONLY option is to get their delivery pickup service, which DOES NOT GIVE a specific time slot, so you have to take a day off work and babysit the bloody delivery, no chance for a shower or popping to the shop to get food. Very slow responses from the customer service. Disgusting.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They do not care about your order. I had an email exchange with someone named Alexis in customer service to inquire about my order. She was unhelpful, rude, dismissive, unprofessional, patronizing, and even taunted me. Completely unprofessional. I ended up canceling my order, but I did not want to. I did it because of Alexis, and she made sure to cancel my order even after I said I did not want to. I have a paper trail of emails to support what I am writing. I will never buy from them again. If they don't care how they treat their customer via email, I can only imagine how are over the phone. Terrible experience.

Sulla mia mail mi è arrivata una mail promozionale, cliccando c'era una borsa a cui ero interessata con lo sconto del 40% peccato che poi non mi permettesse di fare il pagamento... Contatto il servizio clienti Kipling mi è stato detto che ero registrata al sito inglese e che quindi non potevo accedere alle loro promozioni... Sinceramente non mi sembra un comportamento corretto... Ovviamente ho tutti gli screenshot che provano ciò che ho detto...

I brought a bag off qvc and when it came it looked like I'd brought a off a market it just wrapped in a plastic bag and put in a box.if it wasn't so near Christmas I would have sent it back. I don't know how I'm going to present it to my daughter because she's wanted one for years and this year I saved to buy her one she will think iv brought it secondhand I'm so disgusted thank you kipling.
I suggest to everyone who is thinking of buying a bag from kipling go through QVC or pay through PayPal because they will always get your money back as long as kipling are in the wrong which by the sounds of what iv read they are.

Don’t order online from Kipling
Ordered two items. Courier did not deliver. After a week of the parcel being out for delivery, Yodel are returning parcel to sender. I have to wait for a refund until Kipling receive the refund despite the parcel not existing to me. I have never seen it. Avoid.
Terrible experience trying to make orders
Twice I have tried to make a large order and twice straight after completions of order and money removed from my account the order shows as cancelled. Both times it has taken nearly a week for my money to be returned. Tried one more time yesterday for a smaller order and the website would not past the delivery address page. I tried for 45 mins to put the order through and then finally gave up. I will certainly never order from them again. What a waste of time

Ho acquistato diversi prodotti, zaini, borse, valigie ecc, ma dopo aver utilizzato lo zaino verde oliva, ho notato che stingeva, il colore si è trasferito alle mie felpe danneggiandole per sempre. Ho contattato il servizio clienti più volte, mandando varie foto,ma..mi sono sentita presa in giro. Non comprerò mai più Kipling. Ho gettato i miei soldi.
No Cancelling!!!!
No phone numbers that work. No email that works. Only recourse is to speak via Live chat. They arent helpful at all. Made order and accodentally sent it to old address. Quickly...literally seconds after making the order have been trying to cancel. Reordered in the interim and sent to correct address thinking I can cancel the initial order. Turns out customer service cannot cancel orders. This is apparently their policy. So, I am to wait for the inital order to be delivered to the address that I am no longer at and then return it! Simple human error and Kipling refuses to assist!! My last Kipling purchase FOR SURE!

È un dettaglio ma andrebbe migliorato e potrebbe fare la differenza sulla qualità di un prodotto non proprio economico

Roze schoenen van kipling (fatima) gekocht voor mijn dochter. Na een middag dragen was de laklaag bij de neus van de schoen er helemaal af. De kwaliteit van de laklaag is niet bestendig voor ‘normaal’ gebruik. De schade is volgens kipling door toedoen van buitenaf en valt volgens kipling en de winkel niet onder de garantie. Teleurstellend hoe kipling dit op de klant verhaalt en er zo mee omgaat. Een fout in een productie/uitvoering kan gebeuren, maar om het zo bij de klant meer te leggen is ronduit onbeschoft.

Ordered a bag 9 September promised delivery date amounted to nothing and a telephone call to their helpline resulted in a vague promise that goods would be dispatched this week after it had been stuck in a warehouse somewhere.
Can't complain about their customer service line as they were very polite and helpful.
Goods lost in transit so they are refunding me.
May reorder and give it another go.
Delighted at first, but now disappointed
I bought my first Kipling "sac-à-dos" in a specialist "maroquinerie" shop when on holiday (Challans, France) in October 2019. The assistant promised me that it would last a life-time and it is, in fact, still usable
though the zip on the back pocket gave out after two years. As it had given almost daily service during that period, I still considered it good value for money and have since ordered two Kipling bags on the internet.
My most recent purchase, a City Pack S (colour Blue Jean), was less practical from the start, but stylish and often admired. However, the zip on the main central compartment came apart after less than a year, rendering the bag totally useless and I've now decided to switch to a cheaper brand which I can buy locally. I thought of contacting their Customer Services department to see if it could be repaired by the manufacturer but was discouraged by some on-line comments.
Maybe I've just been unlucky or maybe I don't have the right zip-management technique to get the best out of Kipling products but I suspect that they might now be targeting a more fashion-conscious market, whereas I'm just looking for a comfortable, practical, long-life product.
My advice: print out and keep a copy of any Kipling order so that you can, if necessary, claim against their two-year guarantee.

I can’t give a minus star rating unfortunately. Purchased a case which isn’t suitable. 2 returns labels that don’t work, 2 courier collections arranged and no show constant calls to customer service who do answer and are helpful but 7 weeks in and still no refund and still got the bloody case sitting here. I’m not giving up if that’s what they are hoping. Next step will be me turning up to a store with the case and making a demand for a refund very loudly to ensure everyone in the shop knows how utterly appalling this company is. Lovely product shocking customer service.
