Il materiale è scadente e cucito male: un mediocre prodotto usa e getta. Zaini per studenti, borse e borselli: all'interno appiccicano e si sbriciolano sporcando il telefono, il telecomando auto, il portafoglio in pelle, il flacone collirio etc. Un consiglio d'amico, non comprateli!

I purchased 2 of the TRANSIT'R 4 L BLACK in mid December 2025. After I received the shipment I decided to return one of the items as the luggage felt too small. I was issued a shipping label.i sent the item the second day I received it. But the item never reach eastpack wearhouse. I sent an email to let them know, ( I couldn’t talk to USPS directly because the label was issued by eastpak) that was on the 21st of December. They answered that due to high volume they would get back to me later. I haven’t heard from them since. I emailed several times, they didn’t even bother to reply to my email.
Worst custom service ever. Never again.

Die Qualität ist nicht so gut. Die Materialien sind schnell verblasst und verschlissen. Die 30 Jährige Garantie existiert nicht. Mein Reißverschluss war nach kurzer Zeit bereits defekt. Es muss nach Polen geschickt werden. Super umständlich gemacht. Die wollen keine Kunden mehr. Ich kaufe in Zukunft keinen Eastpak mehr.

Commande passée il y a 1 mois. Annulée ce jour sans prévenir, sans explications. Je ne sais pas encore si le remboursement à été effectué. J'ai plusieurs articles de cette marque depuis 15 ans. Ma confiance en cette marque est maitenant terminée. Fuyez !

Half my order was cancelled without apology or explanation. We needed two cabin bags as ordered! Customer service are hopefully providing a full refund - let us hope it's quicker than the non arrival of the bags. The excuse offered was warehouse issues, however this really isn't the problem of the customer is it? One would expect an order to arrive in a timely fashion without half of it being cancelled ... or is it me that's missing the point!! Wish I'd read the reviews from others first - surprisingly it isn't possible to leave a review on the Eastpak website

I placed an order on Saturday paid with my credit card on Sunday my order was cancelled without an explanation I have called today and spoke to customer service who are not very helpful they said that my credit card company cancelled the payment which is untrue then I was told that my payment was late which was also untrue the I spoke to a customer service representative who told me that the suitcase was out of stock very unprofessional and then I was told it would take 7 days for a refund and I asked for Dilyana to call me back before 6pm today and what a surprise no telephone call I also warned them that if I did not get a call back today I would be writing a bad review

la parola pessima non descrive esattamente la qualità del servizio di eastpack. Ho acquistato un prodotto il 6 febbraio. Ho chiesto informazioni verso la fine di febbraio mi è stato detto che il prodotto sarebbe stato spedito a breve, causa il trasferimento presso un nuovo magazzino. Oggi 9 marzo mi scrivono che è stato rimosso il prodotto perché non è più disponibile. Cioè, dopo più di un mese con i soldi bloccati con la certezza di aver acquistato quel prodotto, mi dite che il prodotto non è più disponibile e che i soldi mi verranno riaccreditati. Una follia senza pari consiglio vivamente di cuore a chiunque di non acquistare su questo sito perché non è assolutamente affidabile dato la mia esperienza. Spero che la mia esperienza possa essere utile.

Ordered a bag and cover in February 2026, which they claim was delivered by Yodel - don’t even know what house they delivered it to. Yodel agree that they can’t track parcel and tell me to contact retailer. Eastpak claim it was delivered to a house so won’t refund or replace! Not my house or a neighbour!! Appalling service, will never order from them again!

ordered a suitcase... received an 'update' email 2 days later with no information on it - just said 'your order was updated'. when I viewed the order, the suitcase showed as 'removed' with no explanation. called customer services 2 days after this - they said the item was out of stock. despite this, it was still available to purchase on the website 4 days later. couldn't tell me whether other items were in stock and weren't really able to provide me any info - just told me to call up john lewis and ask what they had in stock.

please update your website properly eastpak.

Kundenservice eine Katastrophe während dem Telefonat wird einfach aufgelegt. Bestellung wird einfach storniert ohne Mitteilung. Sowas kannte ich bisher nicht. Dann gibt es kein Eastpak mehr. Ende

Ne commandez pas sur le site officiel. Le service après vente n'est pas professionnel. Leur stock ne sont pas du tout à jour et vous n'êtes pas tenu informé que l'article n'est plus disponible.
Je vous déconseille de commander. Vous avez d'autres sites où les mêmes sacs sont moins chers pour la même marque.

This is the third time I have sent this backpack to the repair centre, and once again I had to pay for the shipping myself. The result is always the same: the backpack is returned “repaired,” but it breaks again after just one week.

Not only is the product of poor quality, but the repair centre they use is clearly unable to fix the issue properly. This has been a very frustrating experience. Instead of replacing the backpack with a new one, I have to keep sending it back and forth, paying courier costs each time, only to receive a broken backpack again.

This is the worst product I have ever bought and the worst customer service experience I have had. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying these products.

Eastpak fait tout pour ne pas assumer la garantie des sacs de, soit disant, 30 ans.
Le sac m'a été renvoyé non réparé, au prétexte qu'il n'avait pas été lavé avant l'envoi et que leurs couturières ne réparent, à la main, sachez le, que des sacs propres, lavés à cycle doux!
Il était simplement dans un état d'usage au lycée. Pas spécialement sale.

L'enseigne ou je l'ai acheté m'avait prévenu de leur désengagement sur la politique de garantie.

J ai acheté un sac à dos eastpak dsns une grande surface. Au bout de 2 mois d utilisation les sangles des bretelles de sont décousues. Après avoir contacté le service garantie de la marque, ils m ont donné la directive pour leur envoyer le produit pour réparation. Sans même annonce le retour avec la moindre explication, le produit est revenu Tel que je leur avais envoyé. Je le recontacte par mail, et la réponse est,je cite: notre service estime qu'il ne s agit pas d un produit d origine....
Une honte...

Ich würde am liebsten gar keinen Stern vergeben....

Dieser Laden ist mittlerweile der letzte Dreck...
Ich bestellte am 15.12.25 einen Rucksack, als der kam traf mich erstmal der Schlag denn dieser Rucksack war Qualitätiv Meilenweit von dem entfernt, was ich von eastpak kannte. Ich bekam einen Hauch dünnen Rucksack aus 90er Jahre Campingplatztischdecke nur ohne die obst gewichte die dran hängen und gefühlt sogar dünner als Campingplatz Tischdecke. Ich traute meinen Augen nicht und war so entsetzt über die billige Qualität und die krass miserable Verarbeitung, dass ich anfing zu heulen, weil ich mich so auf den Rucksack gefreut hatte und mir so ein Müll geschickt wurde.
Hätte ich den für die Arbeit verwendet wäre da übermorgen nen Loch drin gewesen und der ganze Rucksack im Eimer gewesen..
Da der Rucksack allerdings so gar nicht den Qualitätsstandards entsprach die ich wollte und kannte, wollte ich reklamieren und er ging sofort zurück in die Versandtüte, damit da sonst nix dran kommt weil er aussah als würde er auseinander fallen wenn man ihn berührt. Da gings aber dann weiter. Über mein Konto ging die Rücksendung nicht ich musste nach 3 Tagen versuchen übers Kundenkonto den Kundenservice anmailen und bekam dann eine Woche später endlich ein Rücksende Etikett... seit dem 15.01.26 war laut Sendungsverfolgung von UPS das Paket wieder zurück bei Eastpak, ich bekam aber keine Information dazu, wie man sonst von eastpak bekommt wenn die Retoure angekommen ist.
Ich kriege einfach überhaupt keine Reaktion mehr von Eastpak. Und Meinem Geld darf ich jetzt auch hinterher rennen...
Ich habe 3 mal den Kundenservice angeschrieben es hieß, is alles noch innerhalb der normalen rückgabebearbeitungs frist. Diese endete am 29.01.26 Und jetzt sind weitere 7 Arbeitstage vergangen und ich habe mein geld immernoch nicht.
Im Chat wird mir einfach nicht mehr geantwortet und auf meine Emails bekomme ich auch keine Rückmeldung. Ich werde das an die Verbraucherzentrale melden und Anzeige erstatten. Wahrscheinlich auch meinen Anwalt einschalten. Bestellt hier bloß nix.
Deren Geschäftsgebaren ist unterirdisch und Hier landest du in einer service Wüste... keiner hilft dir wirklich, alle reden irgendeinen müll den sie vorgegeben kriegen. Wirklich zielführend ist da nichts.. man wird nur hingehalten.
Ich such mir nen anderen Hersteller ! Einen dem seine Kunden nicht egal sind, und dessen Qualität einen nicht heulen lässt...

Voor de 2 e keer is de tas op dezelfde naad gescheurd, vorig jaar naar Duitsland moeten sturen voor €12,- en nu naar Polen voor €18,-. Koop wel een nieuwe rugtas wat een waardeloze service en dat wordt 30 jaar garantie genoemd maar dan worden de verzendkosten gemakshalve achterwege gelaten

Pessima esperienza. Dopo poco meno di 5 ore dall'acquisto on.line di uno zaino per mia figlia, ho notato che le dimensioni era piuttosto piccole e ho chiesto di sostituirlo con uno zaino di dimensioni leggermente più grandi. Mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto prima ricevere lo zaino piccolo poi restituirlo e infine fare un nuovo ordine. Dato che sono in fase di ristrutturazione del sistema delle consegne, la consegna è prevista fra un mese e tra tutto dovrei aspettarne due per avere lo zaino più grande

I first tried the online returns which didn’t work, so I followed up with an email and phonecall. The phone was answered quickly and I spoke to a nice person who said that they could arrange the return for the next day. Unfortunately no return was organised and I ended up having to call two more times and email again to arrange the return, but did eventually get it sorted and had a quick refund. The bags are great but they need to be more efficient with the return process in this day and age.

Le sac n'a pas tenu un an et j'ai dû le retourner en septembre 2025 jusqu'en Pologne pour soi-disant un examen attentif des dommages. A ce jour aucun nouvelle alors que j'avais demandé ou une réparation ou un remboursement. J'ai relancé mais aucune réponse.
Très décevant!

Waar is de mooie kwaliteit van Eastpack gebleven. Nieuwe rugzak naast oude gelegd. Denk als ik de oude tas oplap, dat deze langer meegaat dat de nieuwe. Papierdun voelt de nieuwe tas aan. Waar is het mooie materiaal gebleven. Ook de verstevigingen zijn er duidelijk minder. Echt een Chinees prul. Erg jammer en is dan ook mijn laaste Eastpack aankoop. Voor de reistas maar op zoek naar een ander product. Had graag meer betaald, voor de kwaliteit waarvoor het merk destijds stond.
