J ai demande il y a 15 jours où sont fabriqués leurs sacs a dos. Et depuis 15 jours on me balade.... ils seraient fabriqués à Anvers - Faux - ensuite on me balance une video sur des jeans fabriques en amerique du sud ??? oui et alors ? On me repond toujours a cote de la plaque... veulent pas dire que leurs sacs à dos a 120 euros sont fabriques en Chine ?? Honteux ce service !!!
Awful warranty
I have several Kiplings, from wallets to XL suitcases, and most of it I bought in Amazon or Zalando.
Every time the items had a defect, I could easily contact Amazon/Zalando and be refunded.
Last year I bought a Kipling at Kipling.nl and after the first use of the backpack the product broke.
I sent to the VFE warranty and after a month they sent the product back to me without repair.
Since months Kipling is still trying to find a solution for such small problem.
So inefficient.
I asked for a refund and they refused.
Beware of this company
Beware of this company! They are fraudulent and so is their website. I have been waiting for a refund for over a month and a half and still nothing. Also, they state their prices in AUD$ and they will charge you US$.
This has been an expensive lesson for me as I know I won't get my refunds.
Kipling bags quality is getting worse
Just got two Kipling bags delivered. One of them rucksack, I am happy with it. Another one is so disappointing experience. I have many Kiplings bags and was shocked with the fabric they use on crossover bag I just bought. Seems like very cheap one, ok for few £ bag not for £39 (original price £78😱. Design is poor as well. I don’t know who write reviews on their website (I couldn’t find how I can put my review there). I regret I haven’t look here before deciding purchase it.
ARTO Shoulder Bag Across Body is not spacious at all. Yes, it has pockets but if bag is narrow you can put in it phone, few usual things like lipstick, tissue and keys. I always carry with me normal size(about 0.5 ml) bottle of water. If I put it into that bag, there is no room for anything else.
I got this bag because I’d like to replace my older one (looks so similar on the photo, even sizes just about the same), but it is nothing like the old one.
I won’t recommend it to anyone, I also wouldn’t trust the reviews on Kipling website.
Kipling UK customer service hang your heads in shame!
Over the years I have purchased multiple items from Kipling with no issues until after using a large suitcase on only 3 occasions, a spinner wheel broke off. I then found out that Kipling customer service in the UK is non existent . No-one in the UK will repair the case and I was told it would have to be sent to Kipling in Poland for a repair.
The case is out of warranty so I removed the damaged wheel and located the part number then contacted Kipling to ask them if I could purchase the wheel priced at £15 on their website. They said it was against company policy to send out parts and my only option was to send the whole case to Poland which will cost 4 times as much and therefore makes it uneconomical to repair so will probably end up in landfill. Shame on you Kipling for this poor attitude to your UK customers and your shocking lack of awareness for the environment and global warming. You have lost a long time customer and champion of your products and I urge any UK customer not to buy Kipling products in the future if you have any sort of conscience. I have now replaced the suitcase with an Antler who are a British company and have repairers in the UK

Ordered Kipling bag, and two months later it has not arrived.got instead som ugly and fake sunglasses from China in the mail. They want money for the returen. The same happened to many other in here. It is a scam!
Servizio Assistenza inesistente
Purtroppo i prodotti sono validi, ma per la seconda volta ho avuto problemi con il servizio assistenza.
Sul sito viene promesso il reso gratuito, ma questo non avviene.
La procedura automatica dice che "sfortunatamente non è stato possibile creare l'etichetta di reso"; il servizio assistenza , contattato telefonicamente e con almeno 10 e-mail tra cui anche una pec, dice sempre di avere un problema tecnico e che non appena risolveranno invieranno loro l'etichetta.
Morale della favola, il tempo di reso sta per scadere e io dovrò tenere il prodotto per forza.
Mi sembra una truffa bella e buona, dato che è successo di nuovo 2 anni fa.
Avevo pensato di potermi ricredere, ma ora posso affermare con certezza che non acquisterò mai più da loro.

Bag ordered on 5 December never came
Ordered a bag on 5 December 2023 and over a month later it hasn't arrived. I have sent them 2 emails but no response. The tracking number I was provided by the third party payment service does not exist. Seems like this is a scam site!
Poorer quality
I have bought over the last few years quite a number of Kipling bags plus 2 suitcases and 2 dolly trolleys - quite a Kipling fan but alas no more! I was given a Gabbie over the shoulder bag for Christmas and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the quality of material, small inside pockets, the lack of a furry monkey and last but not least the secure key attachment inside the bag. I am sorry to say it but I shall not be buying Kipling bags again.

Worse experience ever
The customer service reps only past the buck over to the warranty department and the warranty department has been sending emails without any concern for what the customer is experiencing for the last 2 weeks. Because of such a poor customer service I will never recommend anybody buying these bags and I myself will never buy this bag I do not recommend it to anybody.
Gouden laarsjes kleur na 2 dagen eraf
Gouden laarsjes gekocht. Na 2 dagen was de laklaag eraf op de neuzen maar ook aan de zijkant van de schacht.
Een mail met foto’s gestuurd en eerste reactie die ik terug kreeg was of ik ze behandelt had. Op dat moment was al zeker dat linksom of rechtsom de fout bij mij neergelegd zou worden en dat klopt. Ik heb ze verkeerd behandelt hun treft geen blaam. En op mijn vraag waarom ze geen beschrijving erbij doen met tips voor behandeling, heb ik geen antwoord op gekregen. Kortom ik heb ik geen tijden zo’n slecht bedrijf en klantonvriendelijkheid meegemaakt!!

Lazada Kipling official store did not deliver my bag within 2 days as promised. It is now more than 5 days and there is zero response from them when I asked about delivery status.
Ripped off a (previously) loyal customer
I have bought many Kipling bags, but this time they ripped me off.
I ordered 3 bags and used a voucher as part payment. I returned one of the bags, but Kipling deducted a third of the value of the voucher from my refund.
I queried via their web enquiry form, but just got an automated response.
I phoned, but I don't believe the operator understood (or listened, or cared). I asked him for a director's or complaints email. He said use the address the automated response came from. This doesn't accept incoming emails!
Oh, and Trust pilot offered to send my review yo Kipling, but that email doesn't exist.
Scam site
Ordered 2 Kilpling bags from Kipling Australia website on 5/9/23. Payment was transacted in China. No bags have arrived some 2 months later. Pair of sunglasses arrived from China. Have had a number of email correspondence with what seems like a Chinese customer Service Centre. No hope of receiving the goods I ordered. Do not deal with this company, it’s a scam!

I bought a $90 dollar bag from Kipling-Australia which did not arrive. I was charged extra and the credit card transaction was processed through a Hong Kong business. Recently I received in the mail a pair of sunglasses which I didn't order from somebody in China whom I don't know. I contacted Kipling USA and they do not know this "Kipling Australia" business. I think kipling-australia.com and kiplingaustralia-au.com are scam websites.

I ordered a bag for $98 but this company is not in Australia so an extra $25 was added (exchange rate). Waited 6 weeks with no explanation and then received a pair of sunglasses! I emailed Kipling who then tell me the bag was out of stock and I needed to return the sunnies at my expense to get a refund on the bag! I explained that I didn’t order the sunnies and they should pay and that was ignored so I returned them at a cost of $25. They said I should get refund of $98 within 5-15 days and after 30 I have still not received a refund. I emailed them on several occasions asking for proof that they had actually processed the refund and they have now closed their email account ! Wish I had known about Trustpilot before I purchased from this DREADFUL COMPANY !
