False advertising and quality gone downhill
I've just bought my last Kipling bag and am only keeping it as I got at a very good price. The problem I have is,the descriptions of features on the website are not up to date and don't reflect that some features like key fobs and double zips have been discontinued on some styles. The descriptions are misleading and Kipling are clearly trying to skimp and save money and selling an inferior product. Used to love Kipling but they really have disappointed me lately.
Lies about dispatch!
Ordered a bag with a promotional code. Was informed it had been dispatched. However, after 10 days no sign of it. Emailed Kipling to be informed it never left their warehouse!! Rather than just sending it out. They cancelled the order and refunded. Was told item still in stock and would have to reorder. Promotional code no longer valid so item would cost me more!!!

Horrible. Fraudulent company - stay away! We placed an order on kipling.com (order number 2400000161) on 22 Jan 2021. A payment of EUR 59.50 was taken, but no confirmation email was received. We called the support, they initially agreed to help, but then said they cannot see our order and refuse to deliver or refund. We wrote on their website (kipling.com), but they are just ignoring us. We have contacted our bank and will try to get our money back that way. Will never ever ever buy anything from kipling either online or in store. Horrible, fraudulent company.

Information lacking
I ordered a maroon black handbag from the official site.But I definitely won't do THAT again! Nothing wrong with the bag,however the description on the site neglected to mention the black strap has on the outer aspect,in bold white print(approximately one inch high) KIPLING 1987!! So every time I use the bag I give this company free advertising! Not really what I want when I,m out and about.I will keep the bag as it's exactly what I want but will definitely NEVER order from this site again!!

Tried to order on 2 Dec 2020 - took my money but sent nothing
Tried to order on 2 Dec 2020, payment taken but no order generated. Customer service useless and just keep saying they don't have my order - they do however have my money and won't refund it. I have even sent them a copy of the completed paypal transaction and money gone from my credit card and they still won't refund. Legal action next I think.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVE EVER NEVER ORDER
This is the second time I order from this website and I will never again do that. Their customer service is the worse; the first time they charged me twice for the same product and wouldn't aknowledge it I had to make a complaint with PayPal in order to be refunded 2 months later !!
The seconds time was recently, I placed an order on December 3rd during black friday, it was for christmas and i never received it. Kipling ruined christmas. I tried to contact them many times and they never seem to answer or want to help me. It's been more than a month, I am extremely angry. More over one of their employee promised to email me regarding this matter after further inquiry; her name is Isabelle Castro; she never contacted me. This is not the first time i had to deal with kipling customer care which is appalling.

I got the confirmation email and after they say is a problem with payment(this is a lie cause is processing in my credit card). They dont care about customers. Dreadful purchase experience
At the moment, I am having a dreadful experience with Kipling Customer Service. I purchased 3bags on their website and paid by PayPal. There were some problems on their website. My purchase has been made and connected to my PayPal account. My money was transferred to their account. I didn’t receive any purchase confirmation from them. When I contacted them, I was told no purchase had been made and to wait for refund. But I have been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks. No refund. Whenever I called and emailed them, they told me to wait for the refund. I disputed on PayPal and contacted Kipling customer service several times. They told me to cancel my dispute as their system would not allow them to refund my money during the disputes. This is a completely unacceptable excuse and absolute nonsense!! I am still waiting for my refund and I am going to escalate the dispute with PayPal. I don’t know of the outcome but it is extremely an unhappy experience near Christmas time!! Everyone should avoid this kind of experience.

Internet Fraud
2 weeks ago, I have ordered 5 bags from Kipling's website. During the payment page, the site crashed. They charged my card but the order is canceled. During these 2 weeks, I contacted them more than 5 times, also contacted PayPal customer service. Paypal confirmed that Kipling has the money. The thing is, Kipling charged me 200,03 euro and they do not even care about my e-mails or my calls. I already opened a dispute on PayPal. Today I got an email from Kipling that says "Please close the dispute"? What is that? Why would I close the dispute without getting my money??? Whenever I speak with somebody, all they say is 'we will take a look at it' but nothing happens after that. In a few days, I will go to the police station and explain that Kipling keeps my money without my wish and permission. There is no difference between internet fraud and this. Never, ever gonna get something from their stores or websites. I spent hours on the phone and lost 200 euros.

I won't buy from Kipling again
I was a huge fan of Kipling.
I ordered a backpack 95 euros on September 7th and I did not received any confirmation email or order ID. Contact 3 times from the website and only automatic email. After complain on facebook profile. Kinpling team reply me saying to DM on Instagram or twitter.
Got a email from MICHELLE - apologing for the delay in responding. I reply back that I would like to know about my order, however it's been a week and no contact.
Now I just want my money back.
Super love my bag
I bought the Blue Beam Tonal Angie bag at a sale price and it was a steal!. I love the color and the bag is super light. It has so many pockets which is nice for everyday use. It has adjustable straps and two zip pockets at the front. So cool.
