Jeans are a loose fit, but the denim material is rotten and started pulling away from the seams after just a couple of months. Customer service are very slow and unhelpful, it's taken over 3 months for them to offer some form of compensation. This doesn't cover the amount I paid despite them being beyond repair.

Unglaublich unprofessionelles Unternehmen, Keine Auftragsbestätigung, keine Rechnung, keine Antworten auf Mails, keine Rücksendelabels. Nachdem die Hose auf eigene Kosten retuniert worden ist, wurden trotzdem 5,95 € zu wenig erstattet. Obwohl eine weitere Jeans im Wert von 139,99 € behalten wurde.

Ich habe die Jeans von denen bis 2021 geliebt! Irgend was ist geschehen aber die Qualität ist übler Mist! Die schwarzen Jeans zogen früher keinen Staub an, jetzt schon und eine hellblaue zerriss nach drei mal waschen. Inakzeptabel für einen 150€ Hose. Dieses Greenwashing ist ein ganz großer Verrat am Kunden

Ik vind die duurzaamheid dus helemaal niet zo goed. Klinkt allemaal leuk dat gerecycled katoen. Maar bij mij zijn al meerdere keren de gaten er in gevallen. Eerst denk je nog toeval. Maar na 3 keer ligt het toch echt aan de kwaliteit wat mij betreft

Miserabler Kundenservice
Meine Hose wurde von DPD vermutlich nicht abgeliefert, wobei DPD in seinem Tracking vermerkt, dass das Paket zugestellt wurde.
Nach mehreren Beschwerden über mehrere Monate hinweg habe ich keine Hilfe von Kings of Indigo erhalten. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen, hier zu bestellen.

Ik sluit mij volledig aan bij de voorgaande review. Verkeerd item geleverd, ik wil deze terugsturen en ik krijg gewoon geen antwoord. Ik heb al heel veel proberen bellen en meerdere mails gestuurd. Nul antwoord. Ongelofelijk dat deze website nog bestaat, dit is fraude. Ten allen prijze te vermijden, tenzij je graag je geld kwijt bent.

Ik kan echt niet begrijpen dat dit in 2023 nog bestaat. Ze leveren verkeerde goederen, ik wil deze terugbrengen en ik krijg gewoon geen antwoord. Ik heb al heel veel proberen bellen en meerdere mails gestuurd. Nul antwoord. Grof en onaanvaardbaar is dat!! Zeker niet kopen bij deze winkel!

Nie wieder!
Entweder hat Kings of Indigo mein Paket falsch adressiert oder DPD hat (wieder einmal) ziemlich schlechte Arbeit geleistet. Jedenfalls habe ich keine Ware erhalten und bereits 3x versucht, K.O.I. zu kontaktieren - leider bis jetzt ohne Erfolg. Ich hoffe, dass der Käuferschutz von PayPal eingreift. Antwort erhoffe ich mir jedoch keine mehr...

Three times happy customer
Ordered three times already. Everything was delivered super fast and it was easy to return articles that didn't fit and exchange them. I returned some items and immediately got confirmation, a couple days later I got my money back.
Customer service was also really kind. I was hesitant to order, because of the bad reviews, so I called them. Someone from finance answered the phone and was really kind, explained some things about how the company works.
The quality of the clothing is also very good. Happy customer:)

Unmöglich!!! Achtung ⚠️
Unmöglich! Seit dem 8.2.22 warte ich auf einen retourenschein vom Kundenservice.
Leider antwortet der Kundenservice überhaupt nicht. Auch Paypal Konfliktlösung hat bisher nichts gebracht.
Befürchte wenn ich die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten veranlasse wird meine Retoure verweigert da die Frist nun auch überschritten ist, da die ganze Zeit keiner reagiert hat.
Hier wird faire Mode angepriesen aber faire Kundenbetreuung = NULL!
Also solltet ihr nicht 100% sicher sein dass die Ware passt, dann lieber woanders bestellen. Abgesehen davon ist meine Bestellung eine Jeans, welche ich vorher in einer anderen Waschung hatte, die gleiche in weiß in einer Nummer kleiner bestellt, leider viel zu groß!!!!

ACHTUNG !!!! Mega teure Rücksendung in die Niederlande. In den AGB wird da zwar drauf hingewiesen, aber die Bestellseite ist mit .de Endung und auf deutsch. Nichts lässt einen vermuten, dass man auf eigene Kosten in die Niederlande zurücksenden muss. Trotz meiner Beschwerde beim Kundenservice, zeigt sich das Unternehmen knallhart, und besteht auf der teuren Rücksendung. FAZIT: Auf keinen Fall bestellen bei kings of indigo!! Nur wer 100% sicher ist, dass er das Produkt behalten will, sollte es wagen dort zu bestellen.

Hele slechte klantenservice
Hele slechte klantenservice. Telefonisch niet te bereiken. 2 broeken geretourneerd en slechts van een geld terugontvangen. Ik heb zeker al twintig e-mails hierover gestuurd en elke keer krijg ik een ander vaag verhaal dat ik een jurk besteld zou hebben etc. Kleding is verder ecologisch verantwoord en zit over het algemeen goed, maar ik ga hier nooit meer iets online bestellen !!!

WORST online experience and TERRIBLE customer service!
I bought from the main site and noticed after that they charged me their country's VAT for an international shipping when they shouldn't have. End result: I've been charged twice for VAT because they did not fill out the correct papers for the customs borders... I had to call the borders and fill out a form because the company doesn't want to reimburse me when they're in the wrong. I wrote them many times, (sending actual sources, infos I got directly from the customs) regarding the issue but they simply don't give a damn, they stop replying right away and just kept my money! It's been months now. TERRIBLE company and customer service that hide behind their "green" values ! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Just don’t bother
Just don’t bother! I waited 5 weeks and no delivery...I eventually got a refund after sending over 30 emails! The tracking information was rubbish. I am so disappointed.

Didn't receive the items or a reply to my emails
Placed an order online, was told it had shipped a week later. The tracking link did not work.
Two weeks later I had still not received the items so got in touch by email. No response. Another email a week later, no response. Still nothing delivered.
I then contacted them via Instagram and finally got a reply the following day where I was told the items were out of stock.
Later in the week I was finally refunded, however the awful expereince has put me off buying anything from this supposedly ethical company ever again.
P.S. The fact it took KOI three and a half years to reply to my review possibly tells you all you need to know
