No real problems. My order arrives just fine but one article was missing ( easily done ) but a quick email to the site and another was sent swiftly with no problems. Would definitely use again.

My item arrived quickly and the postage and packaging was free. It was just what I was looking for. I would happily shop with the company again.

Have been looking for something like this for a while, love the fact that they are girly so my little ones love wearing them, perfect for when they are out with other people.. My main worry was not being told if god forbid anything happened to my little ones, these have taken that worry away..

Ordered a beautiful dress for my daughter on a Tuesday , as it stated 1-3 days delivery, her party was on the Saturday.

The money came out my account on Tuesday ..... Still no sign of dress on the Friday , so I called up...... Spoke to a well spoken lady that said .... And I quote " I'm busy now, I'm going out , can you call me back in 2/3 hours!

I was horrified.... Called again on the Saturday ( party day)
Still no dress, my reply this time from the same lady was " I can email Royal Mail , but won't get a reply until Monday.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company .

i ordered the item on a thursday and it was delivered the following day in the morning.i was kept informed via both text message and email which insured i was able to be present upon delivery.the products are delightful and every little girls dream.

Beautiful Hannah arrived bang on time for Sofia's 5th Birthday. Sofia is absolutely thrilled with her (so was Grandma). I would definitely use this company again for the accessories that Hannah will undoubtedly require!

Ordered 2 outfits for my children they arrived beautifully packaged and with really good courier service they emailed me to tell me the hour in which they would arrive , invaluable as it means you don't have to stay at home all day . Would I order from them again ? Absolutely

I would recommend the dream bag as its much cheaper than the gro bag and tis nice and long and it is cheaper to purchase two and ship to Australia than to buy a single gro bag.
