Im a registered childminder and needed identity bracelets so I don't lose any of my charges!! I had previously ordered other bracelets from another company and they were useless!! The ones I received from Kiddymania are excellent and very colourful and you can also choose from a variety of designs.

After receiving my email to tell me my book was being dispatched I eagerly waited. However over 10 days later the book still had not arrived. I emailed customer services and was asked to confirm my address was correct. They then emailed me back to say another book would be dispatched and would be with me later in the week. It did arrived as they said and the book is amazing!! It's even better than I thought it would be. In fact we will be placing another order as my husband now wants one for our son!

I have purchased a pair of sunglasses for my little princess who is now 7 months. Unfortunately, the item was no longer in stock and I was not aware until 3 days later when I called Kiddymania. However, the owner called me back straight away and explained the situation, she offered alternatives, such as the item in another colour, but my wife and I really liked the white one. Unfortunately, we could not go ahead with our purchase but I have been refunded in full straight away and have been treated fairly. great customer service. Thanks

I was looking for an identity bracelet for my 2 year old ready for our holidays. After looking around I decided on kiddy mania, their website was easy to use and the designs were just what I wanted! I placed the order late on the Sunday (of a bank holiday) and the order came on the Wednesday morning!! Would recommend the site and service.
