I bought a kgb deal for absolute cleaning solutions. Booked the oven cleaning with absolute cleaning solutions. They did not show up. after several unanswered phone calls and emails to absolute cleaning I emailed kgb/npower and still not had a response from them either. All I want now is a refund and I advise people not to buy from kgb because if you encounter a problem the response from their customer service department is non existent

Ordered their Elsa and Anna deal over 30 days ago. Should have arrived within 3-5 days. Nothing. Waited the required 14 days and wrote to them to advise of non-receipt. Told to wait another 3-5 days. Still no item. Have asked for refund as I have now cancelled this under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Still refusing to refund me, telling me rubbish that I have to refuse delivery of an item which has never arrived before they will refund me. Never again!

I ordered a boot cover for my car from them, no goods received and no information. I contacted them and was told they would "reach out to the supplier" then nothing, eventualy I had to chase again and got an apologetic sorry it's not sorted but here, have your money back as store credit. Obviously replied and said store credit was not acceptible and that I wanted my money back, 3 days since and no response, sent another today and still waiting, seems they don't care about you getting your goods as long as they have your money!

I ordered a jacket via 'NCrowd' (a KGBDeals subsidiary) back on 4/9/14 which was shipped on 17/9/14 and received on 18/9/14. However, I ordered the jacket in 'Medium' and received 'XL' so it was far too big. I was asked to send the jacket back for a refund which I did, but after a further two weeks it would appear that the jacket got lost in the post and after requesting that the £20 I paid be refunded back to my card, I was sent an email advising that I had received a £20 credit to spend on my next purchase. Reluctantly and stupidly I used the credit to re-order the jacket on 1/10/14 and received an email to advise that the jacket had been despatched on 6/10/14 and hey ho - it is now 27/10/14 and still no jacket. I am not at all happy. Just keep getting fobbed off by customer services advising that the item can take upto 2-4 weeks to be received. I am not at all happy with the service I have received and am fairly certain that the jacket I ordered will not be received. I purchased it as a birthday present and will think twice about ordering again.

I never thought a $15 cell phone case would bring me to the point of such rage. But it has. I bought a dollar store piece of trash cell phone case from nCrowd (a KGBDeals subsidiary) and have had nothing but hassle since. They refuse to refund my money (for sending me a cheap, broken, bent, scratched, dented - and incomplete item). I have actually filed a complaint with the BBB to try to put their nonsense to an end. They poked the wrong bear with their thieving practices this time.

Tempted by one of their 'deals'? You might as well throw your money in the garbage for all the quality product and customer service you will get from this ghetto run company.

I ordered 2 Fashion Watches almost six weeks ago,and still have not received them,although they were promised to be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.Even After sending countless Emails,I am still being fobbed off.
After stil not having received this product and complaining again,on November 3rd I was deposited a store credit.So this time I ordered two crystal-encrusted silicon watches On 11th.November I was informed that the order had been shipped and I would receive it shortly.Today,2nd.December the order has not come. It would appear that some underhand business is going on and this company should be stopped.

I ordered Beats by Dr. Dre Monster In-Ear Headphones on 09/20 and still waiting for delivery. Nobody from customer service is even responding to my emails.

I am totally disgusted with this company. I have been waiting now for 6 weeks for a 32gb memory stick and just getting fobbed off all the time. They just reply to emails saying its in the post. I have asked for refund 3 times and I am just ignored. Will never use them again and advise other people To do the same.

I had bought a oven clean and window clean worth £49.99 from absolute cleaning solutions after 4 weeks of no answer from their phone and emails I sent I raised concern to n crowd and asked them to make contact got email about 1-2 working days and since then not heard anything I've sent another four emails and nothing very disappointed lack of customer service I'm very frustrated and by the looks if it I won't even get a refund due to a 14 day policy which wasn't my fault

32 gb memory stick did not arrive after many emails still waiting told "its in the post give a few more days"its now 6 weeks.the merchant does not answer emailsand the phone number is unknown

I ordered a neoprene elastic knee support on 27 July with a promise of a 1-2 week delivery, I've emailed ncrowd 3 times and get the same reply each time: ''please allow 1-2business days for me to receive a response from merchant " blah, blah, blah!! The 1-2 business days are long past, no delivery and no refund!
From reading other reviews I see that others have had the same experience, so be warned, and do not purchase any goods from this company!

I bought a voucher for a £20 gel nail lamp from SalonBoxed.com through KGB deals/Ncrowd on 15th September. Unfortunately, the voucher code they supplied was invalid. I contacted them immediately and received an answer within 24 hours:

I am so sorry for the trouble you have had with this purchase.

I have sent my direct contact with this merchant an email containing your contact information.

Please allow 1-2 business days for me to receive a response and I will advise when I hear back.

So I waited...and waited...and waited. I sent a glut of follow up emails which were ignored until 8 days later when I got the following reply:

I’ve been in contact with the sales rep for this deal. Please allow 1-2 business days for their reply.

This message was received nearly 2 weeks ago and despite my attempts to get the voucher issue resolved or a refund issued all communication seems to have stopped.

Disgusting. The company is swift to take your money, but to not provide the goods paid for is illegal.

If an nCrowd representative reads this please resolve case #366327 as a matter of urgency!

Purchased watches waited for delivery contacted ncrowd via emails x 8 now 2 months passed still waiting no money back and no watches. Do not buy terrible service!!!!!

I paid for a voucher and instantly become informed it was 'expired'. Emailed to complain to be told i couldn't have a refund and would receive store credit, there is no option to access nevermind spend store credit on the website. Reporting them to trade and standards and telling everyone i know.

I bought a deal from this website to have an hour massage. After 3 attempts to book my massage and subsequently 3 cancellations with the person who doing the deal I then got told they were no longer doing KGB deals and I should contact them for a refund. I sent my first email refund request on the 25th September and then another one on 27th and I've still yet to hear anything back from anyone.

Wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing! I had no problems atall with all the others ie Groupon, Living Social etc. I purchased 6 deals worth over £250.00 and did not receive one of them. At the start I was given store credits. The scam is if you use them to buy and what you buy, like most of the others, is not supplied then they accept no responsibility because you have used a store credit and your money is lost. Unlike many of the other reports I have completely changed my policy with this company. They are indeed rogue traders in the USA and getting anyone to take action is well nigh impossible. In order to achieve any recompense whatsoever I give the following advice.
1. Mail them and tell them you will accept a store credit. Do not request a refund!
2. Check the site and make sure the credit has gone on your account.
3. If not mail them again and ask why not?
4. Once confirmed delete all the credit card details used previously from your account to ensure they have no access to them.
5. Now keep your web site and mail site open to receive every offer.
6.Select just about anything that you think you can use providing it is local and has an address that will enable you to call on personally.
This will generally only apply to local services,restaurants, garages etc.
DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN BUYING ANY NATIONAL GOODS!
Make sure you only use your store credit to purchase.
7. I am aware this will not get your money back but at least you have been able to spend it instead of them stealing it. Even purchasing 10 local car washes is better than losing everything!
8. When you have used your credit up delete the site from your contacts and NEVER deal with them again!

I ordered collagen face packs and tried to redeem at another scam company salon boxed. Four weeks later and dozen of emails to both companies I have given up. I am going to report them to trading standards and OFT. They shouldn't be allowed to con innocent people. I wouldn't recommend this criminal organisation to anyone and hopefully if enough people complain they will be prosecuted for fraud.

I ordered an amazing bullet from them months ago. It took 6 weeks longer than advertised to arrive. When it did eventually come it arrived in a battered box without the instruction book or the recipe book. They do not respond to emails. The only one they sent me was to say they had no record of my purchase so I sent them the shipment notification emailed to me but have not heard anything back. Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. I've now added this useless company to my junk mail.

Bought an item, payment taken immediately, Many weeks later I still haven't received my order. I contacted KGB and the seller they are using direct (I had to pay additional postage fees direct to the seller so had their email address).

I first received an email from the seller saying 'Deliver can take between 2-4 weeks.'
Yeah, I have already waited 4 weeks, and paid £8 for delivery alone (for a toddlers fancy dress costume).

Next I receive the helpful response from KGB: 'this deal requires that you redeem your voucher. Log into your account, click My Account and you will be on your voucher page. Click View/Print on your voucher and all redemption instructions will be there for you.'

yeah I already did all that :/

It is a pity that I didn't see the reviews from here before buying. 90%+ 1star reviews is pretty awful going.

My first and last KGB deal.

I purchased a months supply of tummy patches that was advertised as 30 patches. I received a pack of 5 patches and these have come from Korea, no English on packet, not what was advertised. I have contacted KGB 4 times to get a refund and all they do is copy what they call 'the ticket' to the company who they got the deal from, to contact me and guess what? nothing else happens. Next stop trading standards!!
