Schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Versand// wurde aber gelöst
Leider schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Vor allem stellte der Versand ein Problem dar. Es wurde nicht mitgeteilt mit welchem Dienstleister versendet wird. D.h. beim ersten Mal konnte DHL irgendeins der 2!!! Pakete nicht zustellen. Dann konnte Amazon ein Paket nicht zustellen. Es wurde auch nicht mitgeteilt das überhaupt 2 unterschiedliche Pakete auf die Reise gehen. Ein Paket kam dann doch noch an. Eins ging wieder zurück. Für die erneute Zustellung sollte ich 10.- zahlen 😆. Sowas schlechtes ist mir noch nie passiert...Aufgrund der verschiedensten Versanddienstleister ist es Chaos. Tracking Nummern werden einem erst nach Tagen oder erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt....komisches Gebahren. No more. Von Bestellung 27.10 - 06.11 bis zur Aufforderung noch mal Versandkosten zu übernehmen!
16.11.24 Die bestellte Ware ist nun nach 3 Wochen eingetroffen. Via Hermes. Das Produkt wurde vor 9 Tagen in China versendet! Das ging jetzt schneller als gedacht! Der Support war bemüht. Daher von 1 Stern auf 3 Sterne. Aber dennoch mit etwas Gedöhns verbunden! Es hat jetzt 3 Wochen gedauert. Vielleicht war es einfach nur Pech diesmal

4"x5,65" light Matte Box & Filters
I bought the new light Matte Box 4"x5.65". The production is precise, the fit is ideal and it is very light. Very good quality for a small price.
VERY FAST DELIVERY (few days only) VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION
Important for me the opportunity to use 15mm rod support (purchase separately from other brand) well prepared at the Matte Box and fits perfect.
The 4"x5.65" filters fit into the trays without any problems. The trays are OK.
The double locking clamp (closure system) for the filtertrays at the Matte Box works well so far, but its not quite to my personal taste - I personally prefer a screw system at the Matte Box for tray attachment.
The 4"x5.65" ND 0.9 & ND 1.8 filters and the BlkProMist 1/4 have unbeatable quality for this price. (others I did not test so far - hoping for schimmer 1/8, 1/4 & 1/2 in the future)
All in all, a great purchase from a very customer-friendly provider that makes me very satisfied.

Lieferzeit unklar
Lieferzeit wurde mit 3-5 Tagen angegeben, tatsächlich waren es über 2 Wochen. Es war unklar, dass die Lieferung aus China kommen würde. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde mir gesagt, ich hätte ja die kostenlose Lieferung gewählt. Im Bestellvorgang gab es aber keine Wahlmöglichkeit. Im übrigen hieß es später, die kostenpflichtige Lieferung hätte 3-7 Tage gedauert. Mein Eindruck: unseriös.
