A REALLY HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. JUST DON'T USE THEM.

Poor customer support, poor service.

Bought three items from kenable. No invoice was received. (Still not received.)

Items arrived late (no recipt just items thrown in a bag meaning they got damaged in the post) even the Royal Mail told us they had made a mistake and we should put in a claim for late delivery. Kenable told us they would not leaving me out of pocket and no doubt they pocketed my compensation.

kenable ask you for reviews (so here is mine) before your items even arrive. Probably so that any problems you have won't be mentioned. They try to come over as a cheeky chappy type business who you should support but fail miserably.

Will never buy from kenable again.

There response is full of lies. Receipt or invoice not received. Promised refund not received (promised via email two days ago). No I am not a "competitor", I was a customer. I have listened to your lies and responsed to them despite what you claim here. Instead you chose to argue in public rather than resolve the complaint. You claim to know better than the Royal Mail, We look forward to discussing this further in the small claims court.

Arranged a return because bought too thick cable and explained that to customer service, which they asked to send back for a refund. Unfortunately, they didn't refund the money because the cable was not sealed - how else would I realize it's too thick?
Still, it was NEW item but no refund was offered. The other item which I sent back cost £10, but the return postage for both items cost £5, so all in all I have spent £60 with this company and I got £10 back.
Contacted them 3 times after that politely explaining my disappointment, but they stopped replying to my emails.

I've ordered everything from cat cables for outdoor use to HDMI cables and the quality is astonishing for the price.

They always despatch really quickly and it's nice to be able to see the stock numbers for items on their website.

Bought some cable wraps that were sold as suitable for bunches up to 50mm. Incorrect statement, more like 10/15mm max, but will never use them as mainly bought for larger bunches behind TV etc. Emailed and they said that they appear to have incorrect labels and will review. No further updates issued. As of January, the website (Entie) still states up to 50mm.
The delivery was fast and products cheap but a shame they will not be used. I have given two of them away rather than leave as clutter.
The rubber cable protector for cabling across pathways, bought at same time is good value, if not cheapest on line.

I was very impressed with the speed of delivery i got from Kenable even though it it was only 2nd class delivery. I ordered 20 AWG(28 AWG data transfer speed) thick gauge copper wire USB A to USB C cables for my Samsung mobile and short 20 AWG gauge 0.2 m A to C cable for my power bank. I've noticed the big increase in speed of charge for both phone and power bank compared cheaper thinner leads i used previously( including OEM ones).Its worth spending a little bit more on these quality leads to get much better performance which I hadn't seen as important in past. I found ordering direct from Kenable rather than via eBay, surprisingly much cheaper and quicker delivery. In future when seeking quality leads I will look at Kenable 1st and compare with other sites/sellers for value/quality for money, before purchasing. Great service, quality products and keen pricing, especially in these cost of living times Thanks

Found Kenable by chance for some home DIY ethernet cabling project. Easy to use website, rang up with query about what I need before I bought and got the help I needed. Competitive price direct from Kenable and delivered promptly and well packaged.
Hit a snag starting job so rang up....person who answered at Kenable went to fetch same item to work through how to open with me. Fantastic attitude to customer service. Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 x 3.5mm Jack to Jack Stereo Audio Cables which were a poor fit for my equipment. I reported this and got a quick response from Rik who offered to send replacements from a different range with no charge and without having to return the originals.

One of the originals also turned out to be faulty and he replaced that one as well, all without quibble and no charge. Fantastic customer service.

I have used Kanable before and have never been disappointed with the quality of their products or the standard of their service.

I would recommend them without hesitation and will definitely use them in future.

Purchased multiple different network related products from Kenable, always very prompt delivery and cheapest priced around.

I did encounter an issue when installing keystone's on either end of a run of cat6a, after going round in circles trying to figure out the error myself, i contacted Kenable through live chat, within 10 mins i was on the phone to Slavo who was a great help. I emailed pictures across of my installation where he was able to confirm it looked correct and what to do next. After following his next steps, it has resolved the issue. Slavo went above and beyond, absolutely great customer support, which feels rare these days.
