Nice cups, but they say it matches the coffee shop sizes and my medium keepcup doesn't fit a medium Costa. So that's really frustrating. Aparently medium at Coffee shops is 473ml (16oz) and a medium keepcup is 340ml (12oz). So I can either not use my keepcup or loose 4oz of drink. Really disappointed as they advertised as being the same size. I specifically wanted to be able to buy medium iced teas and that's really frustrating. Because they're too expensive to buy a second and have to throw away the cup that's too small. I should have checked sizes but I trusted keepcup when they advertised as matching standard coffee shop sizes so I feel a little bit missold to. Especially as I got two cups, one for hot and one for cold drinks specifically because I wanted the bigger cold drinks.

Update: their solution was if I hadn't used it (which I'd made clear in the email I had as that's how I discovered it wasn't the size I they led me to believe) I could return it at my own cost (which I think is very poor) for a refund. Wouldn't reccomend.

I've been a fan of KeepCup since 2015 during my trip to Melbourne where I got my first one. This year, being back in my home country, I decided to get another item but it came with a dent and it looked like an old stock- dust and dirt on the product itself. I tried reaching out to the team via Instagram and Facebook. My messages were read on Instagram but no one replied me till today. I am very disappointed in the lack of after sales service care by the team. I myself am in sales, and if there's one thing I'm sure of, lousy after sales service will not give you repeat business.

Awesome cups that look great are great to drink out of and stay warm

It’s a great alternative for coffee’s lover like me. It doesn’t spill and can perfectly hide in my purse ( ofc you will need a bag organiser for this!) The fact that I can trust it won’t be spilled as long as I keep it upright, it free my mind of worries. I am looking to buy 2-3 more of the XL one :)))

Ne ho già due, molto utili e che uso quotidianamente, perfette!
Quella che ho comprato adesso ha un difetto nella chiusura (la parte che si muove e che ti permette di bere e chiudere una volta finito l'utilizzo) non si chiude perfettamente, quindi non fa bene il suo lavoro, rimane sempre un pó aperto, questo perché hanno cambiato il meccanismo, secondo me non va assolutamente bene, tornate al meccanismo precedente che si chiude perfettamente!

The company makes a variety of new products, but for existing users, it also produces new parts to be compatible with existing products. So, you can buy additional parts that are broken or renewed separately, reducing indiscriminate purchases. I think it is a company that supports the use of disposable products to meet the original purpose of the tumbler.

I was really looking forward to buyng a personalised keepcup with glass and cork and using it. first use it leaks. I can't tell you how disappointed I am with that. with how much ou pay for them..

I've been in contact with their customer support and every one of them tries to explain to me the difference between leakproof and splashproof. And while I understand the difference. I disagree that my cup is even splashproof. It leaked from the top when the dog suddenly moved me sideways by pulling the lead. I believe this is exactly the criteria they told me the cup should withstand. A sudden sideways movement. And yet there has been no resolution with customer support over this. They seem to disagree with me. Silly me for having such high expectations from a £27 cup! Should have ordered the cheaper dupe from amazon

I bought the coffee cup as a gift for my son in law … he loves it ! He chose the colour combination in honour of his beloved football team , so it felt more personal. I treated myself to the cool cup , which I love.

Swift and efficient service. Outstanding products

I've been using KeepCup since about 2017 and love the products. Every two years I would get a new lid because eventually it would leak through the plug, but replacement parts are reasonably priced. I upgraded from the glass design to the traveler because the screw top seemed perfect. After maybe three months, it leaks horribly. It doesn't matter how little I fill it; it always leaks through the screw part of the lid, which is so much worse than the plug because I won't find out until it's dripped all over my hands and clothes. I won't be purchasing this model again, and it's really disappointing because it does keep your drink warm longer.
