I love the look of these, and what they stand for, but overall not impressed. They don’t keep drinks hot and for spending nearly £70 on two I’d expect them to be a bit better. Customer service wasn’t great either.
They are nice colours and designs and they serve a purpose, but not much difference in a normal cup for retaining heat.

The one I bought was defective and leaked coffee all over me when tried to drink. There was a little bump on the lip of the cup that broke the seal to the lid. Their warranty process is excessive and a waste of my time for a cup.

I really love the products of keep cup, especially the glass coffee cups. After having the glass bamboo cup for over 6 years (a beloved souvenir from a trip to Australia) it accidentally broke because improper storage between other dishes. Besides this personal mistake it's such a durable and easily washable reusable cup, that looks aesthetically so pleasing and what I especially love is that it's glass because it doesn't keep any previous tastes of drinks. Also customer support is great, really friendly and providing solutions quickly. Keep cup is one of the brands especially also within sustainability matters I really love supporting. Also loved the minimalist and practical packaging the cups arrive! All in all, recommend!

Good spill-proof cup, however, it does not keep your drink cold for very long. I fill it with iced coffee in the morning and within 1-2 hours the ice is melted and my coffee is watered down.

The customer service is very helpful. They answer questions so you can make the best selection for you.

Good communication from start to end

The bottle/cup is just want I wanted, I love it. Arrived timely and well packaged!

The product is good. However, I lost my lid and had to pay for two parts of a lid which was expensive. Plus shipping. Makes sure you do not lose the top.

Bought newly launched bowl. Kept strawberries fresh and seal prevented leakages. Washed in top of dishwasher with no problems. Bought in natural colour and might be tempted to go brighter next time too to match my keep cup!

If you’re looking for something modestly sized (bc I’m tired of thousand ounce coffee tumblers), reminds you of a Starbucks Tall, and does a good job of keeping your drink hot, this is for you.

Good quality of the glasses, but the price is a bit expensive.

The website was not clear on which replacement lid to order for my original plastic cup. The type shown for a plastic cup did not match what I had. The person I spoke with via chat helped confirm that the part I ordered would match what I had and fit my cup. Since about half the cost was shipping, this was appreciated greatly.

Purchased a Go Bowl for fruit salads and yo chi. Easy to use and leak resistant. Really satisfied with the purchase.

What made my experience great was the quality of the service, the cup was token with great care when being delivered. Also the website is so easy and secure. And the cup is amazing

The fit of replacement lids and closures was perfect and the colours were great.

I strongly recommend these products: the traveller one plus the glass one, I am so proud of my purchase :-)
