I love my tiny glass cup with cork. It's beautiful, functional and everything I was hoping for. I was surprised though that it had a different size lid than my previous cup in the same size.

Agree with the below review, this cup leaks a lot which is disappointing for an expensive cup. I got in touch with customer services and the agent Daisy said I cannot return the faulty cup for a new one. The only option is that she can send me out a replacement cap and I have to test whether that works. In addition when I asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager she said there isn’t one. I find it hard to believe there is no escalation point. Highly disappointed by the customer service!

Great quality reusable cups.

Ich benutze die Tassen schon seit Jahren und bin super zufrieden mit der Qualität. Ich arbeite outdoor und habe meine Thermotasse seit mehr als vier Jahren jeden Tag dabei. Trotzdem sieht sie noch wie neu aus und hat nicht mal eine Macke und das wichtigste sie hält immer noch warm. Jetzt habe ich mir die Thermoflasche gekauft, auch weil der Deckel des Bechers jetzt auslaufsicher sein soll - ist er tatsächlich. Ich bin super zufrieden und finde, dass die höheren Kosten voll gerechtfertigt sind.
Cool wäre noch, wenn der Deckel an der Flasche befestigt werden könnte (Loop, Magnet, Karabiner...)

Despite closing the cup lid securely after a fresh pour, I regularly experience leaks when taking sips. This is highly frustrating as the whole idea behind the purchase was to be able to travel to work which doesn’t help when I arrive with splotches of hot coffee all over my shirt.

Love the vibrant colors. The lid is very secure, no coffee spils! The materials are durable and its easy to replace parts if needed. I've had this Cup for years and only had to replace parts 'cause someone else ruined them by using strongly scented dishsoap, that was infused in the plastic.

I have recently made two separate online orders - one for my husband (with a sneaky extra for myself) and one for some guests from the UK over Christmas because they loved them so much. The online range was much larger than any I have seen in shops, easy to choose and order, and delivery was quick. Ordering online will be my default going forward. Great colours!

My purchase was to replace my old cup of nearly 7yrs, that didn’t survive a fall onto a hard floor, in that time I’ve used plenty of different reusable coffee cups, but the Keep Cup is by far my favorite

impressed cup ever, nice design
I really love to use this cup, it's compact and easy to grab any where.

I used an original keep cup for 4 years until the lid no longer fit and was no longer usable. I was given a long play keep cup for Christmas and I am confused. The rubber band is fitted to the plastic outer cup, but when I try to drink from the lid, the glass cup on the inside slips as they're barely held together by friction between the rubber band. I don't understand the point in the double lining if it makes drinking the beverage impossible. As the rubber is fit only to the plastic outer component, the interior glass is too hot to hold without the plastic cup on the outside because you can't use the rubber band on the glass interior piece. It makes no sense and is frustrating. The company should return to their original design. Keep it simple and user friendly.

Reached out to the company since I was having a problem with the lid that came with my cup. Even though we were corresponding during the busy holidays they were super responsive and ended up sending me a replacement lid and new cup. The new lid fits nice and snug and the cup itself is terrible

Quick delivery, but most importantly - great product!! My husband loves the glass KeepCup - here's hoping it lasts a lifetime!

My cup never arrived and support is not answering

Delivery was quick, product great, but packaging was not sufficient when sending by royal mail.
It was the cup packaging with a label stuck on it.
This was a present so luckily I managed to get the label and tape of and repair the box.

I thought the products were great and I received them quickly, I just wish I could get a glass cup with silicone instead of a cork band. The cork seems to break pretty easily I have had to superglue them back together already. Other than that awesome product I don't use them I purchased them for my wife as gifts and she loves them. I say them because she purchased one herself and the cork broke also. I bought one with silicone but the cup was plastic she won't use plastic especially with hot liquids.

Bought these for someone with Parkinson’s, the leak proof lid and straw do the job perfectly but are much more attractive to carry round than the disability equipment company offerings. They’re used in and out of home, thermal for hot drinks, it really does keep the drink hot, and original clear for cold drinks. We found trying to remove tea/coffee stains from the old original clear cup got a bit difficult and clouded the plastic, hence the replacements, otherwise the old cup was still going strong. Really happy with these and hopefully will get many more years use.

Simple and effective for hot and/or cold drinks on the go. Looks good as well.
