Great service! Very helpful, kind and timely. I would definitely recommend Kate's Clothing to someone interested in buying goth or alternative merchandise. :)

Jeg fik en jakke af mine børn og min mand 27. april 2017 på min fødselsdag. Jeg havde den på 2 gange, hvorefter hægterne simpelthen knækkede på jakken. Jeg undersøgte hvad sådanne hægter koster og de ligger omkring 45 kr. stk pris. For at få ens hægter må jeg skifte alle 10, hvilket vil være lige så dyr som en ny jakke!
Så jeg skrev en reklamation til Kates Clothing.
Men!...de svarede at varen var: "outside of both our faulty returns policy and distance selling laws we're unable to offer a full refund" ...de ville dog give mig en tilbagebetaling på 15 GBP(ca. 190 kr.)!!!!! Så jeg kan nu købe ca. 3 - 4 knapper! - bruge ca. 500 kr. mere og gøre arbejdet selv på en jakke jeg har haft på 2 gange og har haft i 7 mnd. Sidst jeg købte en kjole hos dem, var den helt skæv i syningerne og der havde jeg også bøvl med dem. Vi har handlet der flere gange, venner er anbefalet siden ....... men det stopper NU!

I dont normally bother to review companies but I felt KC was worth the effort. After returning some items that didn't fit, ordering more, and then having problems with hair dye exploding in the post, their customer service was brilliant all the way though.

At the moment, I am very unhappy about one thing. I ordered an item with my address as the billing address and my gift recipient's address as the shipping address. I checked and confirmed this several times. I even got an email confirming this. Then, after I paid and finished the order, I immediately got an email telling me that it was being shipped to me, not to the recipient of the gift whose address had been listed as the shipping address. But here's my major complaint. The email said, "Any queries at all, just get in contact. We're here to help." But it doesn't give me an email address or a way to contact anyone online. It gives a mailing address in Birmingham, England. So, if I sent a letter from where I am in the United States, I can only imagine that it will be received long after the item is mailed to me. This does me no good. I could do an overseas telephone call, but why should I do such an expensive inefficient mode of communication? Why can't the consumers of Kate's Clothing get in touch with the company in a way that doesn't cost money and that also happens instantly?

I’m happy I've found Kate’s Clothing store. They have a great variety of products for every mood and occasion. All of these products are of a great quality. Highly recommended!

Bought the scull leggings for my granddaughter in the sale and the quality is excellent and she loved them, very good company will definitely look out for more bargains from this shop.

Customer services are excellent and extremely helpful if there are any issues. Products are varied and at a fair price. The deals on adding free shipping or a free gift depending on how much you spend is a nice touch and makes shopping with Kate's Clothing an even more pleasant experience, would highly recommend this company!

Not only do they sell some lovely clothes but I've never had an issue with their customer services. They have gone out of their way to get returns labels to me as I don't have a printer and carried out every request. Kate's Clothing has a large range of very affordable alternative clothing, at very reasonable prices (especially the sale items!). They were quick to update me on my order and delivery status, and the clothes arrived very quickly, and all look brilliant. I will be definitely be returning in the future!
