I have ordered a few times now and have to say that for a small company, they could teach the larger ones how to operate. Prices are great, items are despatched so fast it feels like they knew what I am ordering before I do and despite all the issues with Royal Mail during the global pandemic, items have still arrived quickly and everything is well packaged. Can't fault Kate's Clothing for their customer service, product range or delivery.

I have been shopping with Kate Clothing for 13 years and have never received anything but excellent service. Items always arrive sooner than expected and the ONE time there was an error with my order, the customer service was prompt and empathic and returns was easy- the whole thing was resolved and I had my desired item in under a week.

Also BEST price on Directions hair dye, hands down.

I have ordered hair products from Kate’s clothing and the delivery was so fast ! Which was brilliant as I am a worrier if things don’t come on time lol but had no worries here! Plus I think it’s an amazing alternative clothing online shop! So many lovely, interesting quirky pieces to be had 👍 I will definitely order from here again ! 😁

I've recently dramatically changed size, and Kate's was wonderfully supportive at recommending what I should do when things don't fit and are SUPER popular. Also happy to respond (when possible) about the fit of things. Anything that wasn't true to my liking, sizing or faulty (through no fault of theirs I've seen), has always swiftly been dealt with - Better than some companies through Covid. Just wish I'd more funds!

Excellent service! The orders shipped almost immediately and arrived within week and a half (international shipping). The goods were packed carefully and arrived in excellent condition.

I've bought from this website plenty of times now, mostly for hair dyes because even if I live in italy (so with higher shipping costs) the prices are still the best one around. One of my older orders got lost during delivery and customer service was super helpful and reshipped a new order making sure that that one wouldn't get lost. I also bought shoes and a couple of mistery boxes (when those were still a thing *-* ) and every time everything was perfect! I highly reccomend this website!
