He contacted me on a Monday evening (July 13) and shared right away the job profile. He arranged the first call with HR one week later (July 20) and the second call with the manager for the position on Tuesday July 28. On site meet & greet was on August 3rd. I’ve been working as a recruiter at Juucy for about a year now and have had a very good experience so far.
What I like most:

1) You get paid for successful interview invitations, even if they don’t result in a hire.
2) There are plenty of jobs available, so you can work on multiple positions at the same time.
3) The commission percentage increases the more hires you make.
4) If you consistently perform well, you can eventually get exclusive positions.
5) Communication with clients via the chatbox is quick and straightforward.

Overall, a good platform for recruiters who want flexibility and a compensation model that rewards good performance.
