Wir sind über Instagram auf Ovom Care aufmerksam geworden und haben uns neben anderen Kliniken auch direkt informiert. Wir wurden Deutschsprachig erstberaten und Ovomcare konnte sich in Bereich Preis Leistung stark von anderen Kliniken abheben. Die Kosten sind auf der Webseite klar definiert und transparent dargestellt. Per App ist die Klinik selbst, das Personal und auch die deutsche Kundenbetreuung stets erreichbar. Leider konnten wir jedoch einige Features der App wie z.B. die Live Verfolgung des Entwicklungststandes der befruchteten Eizellen nicht nutzen auch die Aktualisierung/Synchoronisierung mit der PartnerIn in der App könnten verbessert werden da nur eine Person als Patientin aufgeführt werden kann. Wir haben uns für die ROPA Methode entschieden, alle Untersuchungen, Prozesse und Beratungen konnten problemlos in Deutschland und über Videotelefonie durchgeführt werden. Hier ist unbedingt die Zeitzone zu beachten, insbesondere wenn der Termin mit Personal aus Portugal geplant ist (Zeitunterschied), auch ist es hilfreich wenn man gutes English spricht, das hat für uns Vieles vereinfacht und wir waren flexibler, wobei eine deutschspragige Unterstützung zur Verfügung gestanden hätte. Wir hatten das Glück, dass die Eizellenentnahme und der Embryotransfer als Frischetransfer durchgeführt werden konnten. Demnach haben wir zwei wundervolle Wochen in Portugal vebracht und sind Schwanger zurückgeflogen. Tipp ist hier zeitig eine günstige Unterkunft in Kliniknähe zu finden und mit Mietwagen ist man auch flexibler wann immer nötig die Klinik zu erreichen. Die Betreuung und Aufnahme in der Klinik vor Ort waren besonders schön, wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und es wurde sich sehr gut um uns und unsere Belange gekümmert. Das Praxisteam ist sehr zuvorkommend und alle haben mit uns mitgefiebert. Die Ausstattung und Örtlichkeiten sind sehr modern. Wenn wir aus 9 Eizellen, 5 befruchten konnten, ist nur eine Blastozyte entstanden welche sich zu umserem Glück gemütlich eingenistet hat und wir nun in der 7.SSW unser Babyglück erwarten dürfen. Hier ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass wir sogar an einem Samstag Klinikpersonal für unseren individuelle Versorgung vor Ort hatten, damit der Transfer zeitgerecht stattfinden konnte. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Leistung des Ovomcare teams und würden bzw. werden es bei weiterem Kinderwunsch wieder nutzen. Preiswert, Planbar, Transparent und Lösungsorientiert. Klare Empfehlung !

I updated my review from previously because of the positive experience I had in Portugal.
I honestly can’t fault the staff at Ovom Care for the work they have done for me. They have been so organised and responsive, and I felt really well cared for throughout the whole process of my egg retrieval. Everything seemed very professional and personalised, to the extent they all knew who I was when I first arrived. Having been to other clinics in the UK who treated you as just a number, this made me very happy with the decision to use Ovom and I would certainly recommend them for fertility treatment.

Super Erfahrung mit Ovom
Ich habe eine rundum gute Erfahrung mit Ovom gemacht.
Das gesamte Team war extrem professionell und gleichzeitig sehr einfühlsam.
Die ersten Untersuchungen und den Behandlungsstart habe ich in Deutschland machen können und wurde dann für die Entnahme in Portugal empfangen.
Die Klinik ist super modern und man merkt, dass hier mit hohem Standard gearbeitet wird.
Auch wenn man, wie ich, selber keinen medizinischen Hintergrund hat, wird alles immer einfach und sachlich erklärt und gleichzeitig viel Rücksicht auf die persönliche Situation genommen.
Ich hatte oft das Gefühl, hier ist nicht nur der medizinische Erfolg im Fokus, sondern auch wie es mir damit körperlich und mental geht.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt für mich war die Kommunikation über die App. Hier werden Dokumente hochgeladen, Rezepte ausgestellt (diese sind auch in Deutschland und allen Ländern der EU gültig) und an die Medikamente, sowie bevorstehende Termine erinnert. Außerdem gibt es einen Chat, über den das Team jederzeit schnell erreichbar ist.
Die Beurteilung der Qualität der entnommenen Eizellen findet direkt in der Klinik und unter Einsatz einer intelligenten, datengestützten Computeranalyse statt. Die Ergebnisse wurden direkt im Anschluss von dem Team erklärt und besprochen.
Ich würde Ovom anderen Frauen immer wieder empfehlen. Für diese gute Erfahrung lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch die Anreise aus einem anderen Land.

We had an absolutely world class experience at Ovom, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care we received. From the very beginning, everything felt refreshingly personal, with advice thoughtfully tailored to us and delivered with genuine patience and warmth that immediately put us at ease.

Totally the right choice
Having never done fertility treatment prior to Ovom and hearing so many stories on sites about experiences elsewhere I really don’t think we could have chosen a better clinic.
From the initial consultation with Ivona, the first getting to know us video call with our doctor (Dr Nunes) and the care and kindness given by Mariana, Marisa, Ahmed, Felicia (thanks for the restaurant recommendation you were so right!) it has been a fantastic experience.
You will be treated and spoken with as a human being, you are never alone and they care so deeply about each clients situation.
I am so pleased we chose Ovom Care. There is no where better in our opinion.

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. Poor communication, left me unsupported after consultation and me spending money to do test. A very unprofessional place of "business". Left me very depressed and abandoned. I would never recommend this clinic for ivf. I wish I could give it zero stars.
Update response to ovomcare reply:- Incorrect;- I was the one reaching out on the same avenues we corresponded through from the beginning and they after saying they would get back to me became nonresponsive, just disappeared! at no point did ovomcare "try to contact me" and I didn't respond. I reiterate- dont waste your time, choose another more professional establishment. This is my honest review from my lived experience with this company.
