Rendered my multiple domains useless for months. Refused to give me useable instructions to remove "malware". Refused to allow domain forwarding. Offered zero solutions. Poor customer service. Not worth the money. Refuses to deal with complaints or give refunds. Use only if you want to throw your money away.

The Hosting is fine. And it's really unlimited !!
What I mean fine is that the hosting is give's you slow connection (The servers not have proxy worldwide).
The Panel they build is Face lift of Cpanel, that work very bad and not nice.
I had some issues in FTP connection, after a lot of support that feel like talking with robot I got solution.
Some times I got forward to BlueHost hosting, so I think it's small company that sold to them and now are just running.
I wan't renew my account next time.

Very angry with them. My domain was set to auto-renew, and everything seemed to go through fine (including payment). My dashboard said all was well and the next renewal is a year away, but in actual fact it didn't renew at all. My domain is now expired, my website down and my emails / google apps completely inaccessible, and I only found out because I was notified by nominet (the .co.uk registry). I have clients and customers that cannot contact me or access valuable information. I contacted justhost support and was told they'd sort it and I'd receive an email shortly. 10 days later I contact them again and same story. In 10 days my domain becomes available for others to buy and I could lose it forever. Absolutely fuming. I had already moved hosting elsewhere as I was getting constant "site inaccessible" notifications from jetpack. I didn't think they could mess anything else up so badly. Completely unacceptable

Customer service has been dreadful. I am stuck with this appalling company on a four-year contract. My business (email and website, but mainly email) has been severely disrupted. Do not use them. Pay a bit more for something MUCH MUCH better.

Their customer service is the worst ever, and they will tell you that they took care of your requests, even though they didn't. Just stay away from them.

JustHost took money off my card that had expired 3 months ago, regardless of the auto-renewal setting they should check the card details first, yes my bank should be more diligent as well but this company don't seem to care, I have spent all day trying to resolve and the last thing I am going to do is give them anymore bank card details. BEWARE do not use under any circumstances if you do as painful as it is unset auto-renewal and change your card details to a non-existing bank account to avoid any stress in the future

I will never recommend just host to anyone... they have deleted my most precious 3 #websites data just because of late payment. I'm writing review to protect u from this #fraudulent and cheap hosting service, they don't care about your data, the only thing that want is money.... Thy even did't bother to make a call before deleting my data. Never Use, Never Use and Never User Here is the original message:

For 2 years I have been trying to cancel my account with them, apparently, it requires more effort than informing them by email. I'm having to resort to calling my bank now. What a scam.

stay away ! bunch of amateurs appear to be professional in here.

I have been migrated from ehost.com.
I just use email and Wordpress.
Email server is unstable that I can not set up new email address because of authentication failure. I tried with Mac Mail and Thunderbird and same result.
Their support are all dumb. Asking same questions again and again and never solve the problem. I decided to cancel Justhost and moved to HostGator.com according to PC Mag review.

I have never met a web hosting company with so little knowledge about how web hosting actually work. Their "support" teams go off on a flight of fancy "updating" your website by installing older and insecure software with known vulnerabilities, they have no idea how to debug problems, the "advice" they give is factually incorrect. Even the most basic things are an enormous task when working with JustHost.

FRAUDS!!!!!!! Charging me $600.00 for hosting and haven't even been hosting my website!!!! They won't even give me my money back. Terrible company, and the Business Bureau should look into shutting them down!!!

Customer service is quite poor. The website and Cpanel are hard work to navigate. there is little in the way of help available. Support tickets take quite a long time to get answered, many times the issue was just fixed without explaining what the problem is, the answer just being ' don't worry we have fixed it'.
Poor choice to partner with a very basic weebly website editor. Website templates offered are all very similar and quite boring.

Here's my opinion of justhost.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and never have I experienced such terrible service as Justhost provide. Their support is literally non existent. Let me tell you, this company has cost me more money in downtime than all my 12 years in business.

How no one has sued this company I will never know.

Just terrible. They deleted files of all my websites and Databases. When I contact their support they keep saying " May I place you on hold for 3 to 5 minutes, while I check this for you? " and they kept saying this line put me on hold for more than hour.

After that they said we are investigating issue and we will email you once issue is fixed but they never did that. JUST POOR and TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY

When processing a refund, they will only do it back to the original card. When I told them that the card is no longer active, they told me to contact them in 8 weeks. So, I waited the 8 weeks and now they tell me that I need a letter from the bank for them to process the refund.

I replied a few days ago, but they have ignored me.

So it seems that they are stealing my refund.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. INGNORANT CUSTOMER CARE. THEY TAKE LESS THAN A MINUTE TO PROCESS A CARD TRANSACTION WHEN YOU PURCHASE BUT OVER A MONTH TO PROCESS A SIMPLE REFUND. AND THEY LIE ABOUT WHY IT TAKES SO LONG. AVOID THESE. NO REALLY!!

Poor, website slowed to a crawl, a page with just a single "echo" statement in it and a single "mail()" function call tool a whole 20 seconds to load. Emails sent with mail function did not always work. All I could get out of support was that I need to "Optimize my files". How the hell I was meant to optimize a file which printed a single line to the screen and send an email I have no idea. On the plus side it was very cheap hosting, I suppose you do get what you pay for.

Your website will be hacked. And they don't do anything about it. They are the worse.
