Just bake in Budigere cross road ...the quality of cake is very bad. Not just once but multiple times the cakes were not good and customer service is not great. The cakes were not fresh with more of egg smell.
Please be careful with cakes as kids love cakes

Don't buy any cake.. Worst taste.. With bad experience”..bad customer care services..I returned back cake..but I didn't get refund or replacement cake

justbake.in is likely a fraud site. Charged XXX/- for cake online, money deducted from UPI, but site shows transaction failed and money not received. Also site shows cake delivered on the same day. Site support is just an automated Whatsapp, keeps sending messages in loo. Sent all details of the money deducted. Still no replies after 24 hours. No replies, no calls from support, no nothing. This is very likely a fraud site. I am reporting to police later.

Ruined my cake order. No cake.
Returned money after I told them I will report to police.
Not sure if this site is really the original justbake site. No way of knowing. After many attempts I got the money. These things make me lose my trust in online orders. Anyway this is the last time i am ordering from this site. Hope it helps. Peace.

I ordered 1kg black Forest Pastry for my son birthday. It was very hard like stone. He could not cut.

I have order a cake, after 2 hours if I call they said that flavor cake is not available, I have fired on them after 2 hours you are saying cake is not available, again they said we will send in 20 minutes, finally I received cake after 1 and half hour, but cake is worst, they have given me the 1 week back prepared cake i guess, the bread they used in middle part is too hard and dried off, if I complain by showing them photos they said me to come to their nearest location and to show that cake and they have charged 1100 for cake and separate amount for delivery to pay for delivery boy, I have not seen such worst service and irregularity and taste

I had ordered a pineapple flavour pastry with an image on it for birthday. Received the cake, but it was filled only with cream. Lots and lots of cream. Moreover, the pastry inside was very very very dry. It didn't feel like a pastry at all. I guess that was some old stock pastry which they decorated with lot of cream trying to make it moist. Worst cake ever

I have ordered a cake online two days back for Birthday purpose but cake was not delivered on due date and time. I have tried to contact since morning but no one picked up my call. At night they contacted me and asking me which cake I have ordered, after sharing details again they stopped communicating. Worst part was they communicate in Kannada, no English or Hindi. Don't purchase from Just Bake, Bangaluru.

One of the worst experience i had faced with. Once upon a time i was a regular customer but now there is no any proper response from the branches especially kasargod and had to beg for the response several times and even though they neglected. I would not suggest this brand to anyone anymore

Dont ever think of buying in Justbake..I submitted an order on 06/21 morning to get it delivered in the Evening.But they called me 2hours prior of my delivery to inform that order will be cancelled as the cake is out of stock. Again I had to change my order and pay for it and later the store guy called me to inform that order will be canceled as ther is no delivery person which is ridiculous..So my suggestion is dont ever think of buying it online nd dont ever choose Justbake.

This is Sachin from mysore,I have ordered the cake, purchased on 15/7/21 in Siddharth layout outlet, after 1 hour of having his cake every has started vomiting.
Kindly requesting everyone to don't purchase the stock items, order the fresh cake and buy,

Order a cake online giving all the details correctly but the cake was not delivered and when contacted they are saying that the cake was delivered with no more responses after that. If it is delivered why would I chase and waste my time.

A disappointing experience. I ordered from their website which said delivery in three hours but actually took 7 hours. On top of that did not receive the one I ordered. Honestly who calls the receiving person for a change of flavor on their birthday!?! Is that a surprise? I'd suggest you buy from the stores or just don't!.

Very pathetic service and bad experience with Just bake staff and even cluster manager doesn't answer the calls. Though they have multiple options to contact them none of the services are working. No place to track the order and none of the staff are responsible to give the order status. Overall I suggest not to book any order with just bake.

The cake went with no message wherein the msg was clearly given on the website and was confirmed by the Pia layout branch at Bangalore

Worst service and the worst cake. Yesterday around 12pm I have ordered a rusted Roseberry cake to surprise my sister on her wedding anniversary. I have instructed to deliver the cake before 5pm, it has not reached. Even I sent a complaint mail. Later on around 7pm I got a call from just bake kanakapura road a man who doesn't know Kannada or English forced me to speak Hindi. And he told that rusted Roseberry flavor is unavailable. It was delayed by 2 hours and spoilt the surprise adding to that there was unavailability of chosen cake. They might have informed that before 5pm I would have managed with some other vendor. Later on around 7:45 they have sent a cake which was worse in quality and the messenge written was smudged. Felt worst about just bake. I need compensation for spoiling our day.

I placed order from their website justbake.in. Order was placed sucessfully and paid in full through online itself. But the cake was never delivered. No response from them. Their contact us numbers 8970010111 & 8970010222 also no response. My order is In Process was last two days in their website.

I have ordered a cake for my Mom's birthday. I have ordered Hazelnut cake but they delivered basic chocolate cake and charged me full amount. They have taken an order for pickup from Madinguda, hyderabad branch which was closed long back. We have wasted hours of our time to get response from them. Not at all satisfied with the service. Not worth of money.

I ordered cake from seegehalli branch for my dad's birthday. First instant itself I didn't like the way how the guy was interacted with me . I didn't had any other choice than ordering cake. I had a huge trust towards just bake . But the cake was worst no one had and what I requested he didn't do in that way. My message also was not written. Our good day was spoiled thank you just bake for spoiling my dad's birthday in your own way. Respect others feelings.
