Order not delivered at all, no status update . Trying to contact support phone no one is responding. The order was for Bangalore

I booked a cake (JBWSD 00201956) on 30/1/25 as a surprise for a dear one. Specific time was given 1600 to 1800 hours. Delivery on 31/1/25.
When there was no delivery by 1810 hours I called the numbers givenb10 times (9392420975, 8970010111).
On pretext of checking, both persons cut off the call and did not respond.
I was embarrassed and had to make alternative arrangements. I went to a just bake shop listed at Uppal. It was closed. I had to book a nearby cake shop.
At 2100 hours I got a call that the cake is ready for delivery. The party was over and the sheer arrogance of not respecting time was insult to the injury of not delivering on time and cutting off the calls of the customer care.
The cake may be the best in India.
But it is of no use, if timeliness and customer desires are not maintained.

I ordered cake in gareavipalya for my son1st year birthday, cake was really worst,,, spent 3k,, whole party gt spoilede bec of dis cake.. very bad,,, later when i gave cake to shop keeper for sample no action also.. very very worst......i could like to give zero rating...

Giving rating one is also not worth. Just bake is just a worst experience of choice. Dont ever think of it to buy online cake with these people. I ordered a cake today as a token of surprise ( Hello, Your order JBWED00189852 is ready. For any queries, kindly call 7259324650, Just Bake) asked them to dleiver between 4pm to 8pm, but still they were sitting without processing unless i called the above given number. When i called the above number the person was so arrogant with unparliamentary words (i have recorded that voice note as well )and asked me to check with online team only and did not reveal his name. When i aksed him about to deliver, he said he does not have address nothing, but just bake took all details and took payment as well charged extra for delivery as well. Still my issue is not resolved nor none of the support team helping on this order. It looks like indirect scam taking order and not delivering. I suggest just bake as not to be considered for any occasion where you to want to celebrate with happiness, these guys are frauds. They play with your feelings and money. Still i havent got any response or support from just bake.

Very bad quality cake. The stuff is not at all fresh. Justbake is loosing their name. Got one small plastic material in cake. Pla don't buy. You will get good quality cake from a normal bakery.

BEWARE of this website. I placed an order for a cake which never got delivered.
Why are they even taking orders when they cannot fulfill them, they are just ruining people's special occassions.
NEVER order from this website. It is a scam and needs to be reported

It's disappointing that they do not know the spelling for Happy Anniversary. The cake for my parents anniversary came in with "Happy Anniversa". How much common sense to get something like this right..

Ordered a cake, and after paying their online team contacted through whatsapp and said that cake cannot be delivered at my location, but this was not showing when i ordered after typing my pincode(thiruvalla, kerala), so they cancelled my order and told me refund will take 4 days, i waited still no refund is provided, i messaged same online team, still no response.I emailed them, still no response.
My request is if you need your money please don't order from this site😡

Placed an order for a cake online on 17th June 2024. First it wasn't allowing me to place order for 17th on the previous day. At 00.00 hrs, I placed an order to be delivered between 4-6pm on 17th June and I did the online payment as well for Arabian Cashew Dates Eggless Cake. The order was placed and I got the confirmation mail. Then from 4Pm i was trying to track the order and i didn't get any update.

The customer care number goes unanswered and the WhatsApp is just a bogus BOT. And now when I check in the WhatsApp BOT it shows order cancelled 😠

The worst experience ever. Shouldn't be rating this even one star.

Ordered a birthday cake for my brother as a surprise which was ruined because the cake never got delivered. Contact person yelled at me and my brother. Spoiled his day and mine. Status given as delivered. No refund. Pathetic service. Please don't waste your money and time on their products.

I ordered cake online through Just Bake, scheduled delivery slot was 7pm. No delivery happened till 7:30pm, no call recd from just bake till then. I contacted customer care and received the cake by 7:50pm.
The cake was frozen one, it was not easy to cut and eat also.

I have visited around Just bake jakkur around 8.30pm on 1.01.2024
Cake which i brought it was smelling bad and it taste very different immediately I called the person he did not pick the call it was around 10.pm
I messaged him in WhatsApp the cake test very different and smell bad he told me to come next day I went evening around 7: 30pm he was not ready to ask my complain and he was not ready to exchange it he give me a piece of cake to test it even that was the same and he is telling that the piece of cake it smells different which I gave you 500grm it's not smells what is the point of coming down and buying a cake when customer service is very bad I told the counter person to change it but he was not ready to ask my point of view i feel the differences in cake I down and giving the complain he was not ready to exchange I told him that I will raise a complain he said go give it and he does not bother about it he didn't give the bill for my bake I told him give me a manager number let me talk and I have spoken with Mr.Vikram he immediately changed and gave me back i request please try to avoid such peoples who dono the value of customers

I ordered birthday cake for my son on 1st Jan for a party on 2nd Jan'24. Paid almost 3/4th of the bill. The store guy gave us the bill and agreed to get the cake ready post 12 pm and we agreed to collect post 5:30pm. However we reached the store at 7 and for my shock the cake is not prepared and the store guys says its for 3rd January24. I have all the guest waiting at the venue and I'm left with no cake at the store.... Such a horrible situation and it was a well planned photo cake which can't be done by any store on short notice... My 4 years old kids party was ruined without his favourite photo cake because of akshyanagar justbake store. No compensation for the loss and I had no time to chat r fight with the guy. Had to rush to other stores who could cater to the needs. Very bad experience. Will never order a cake from here for any of the special occasions.

Just bake's online order and delivery is not at all reliable. I ordered a birthday cake for my son. They didn't deliver during the assigned time slot. So I tried contacting their support, but none of the calls were answered. Finally I managed to get a whatsapp chat support who said that delivery is not possible to my area. This is despite the website showing felivwry possible to my pincode. I had all my guests waiting and this is the response I get from Justbake. They ruined the birthday party for me. Please don't order through their website and get cheated

Cake not delivered.... inspite of calling, following up, worst delivery system, third bad experience with just bakes.... never ever going to use it again....n will warn friends too about it...

Hopeless service and customer support shows lot of attitude. They don't even care for your concerns nor answer them properly. They do not have upi payment either.. Their website is one waste of time

Very pathetic service from the team.....ordered a cake through online in the morning by 10.30 after confirming the address and pincode it took to a page for online payment......after paying the full amount .......wen the delivery timings has been specified they still locating the place nd calls me saying as the area is too far to deliver nd had given wrong pincode.....there s no customer care number nor the number wch is present n online s continuously busy nd one wattsup number the guy s messaging so rudely with the attitude nd giving false statements......nd wanted to cancel without giving refund...I would strongly recommend never order the cake through it

An appeal to public, please don't buy cakes from Just bake Bangalore,
They make worst cakes and cheat people by giving three month old cakes.

Delayed delivery. Had to keep calling to deliver. After paying online delivery charges they will ask if we can store pickup. Bad service. Not worth the money
