We ordered a cotbed with an optional drawer in October last year. After a month and no delivery I rang them up. It took a number of attempts to speak to someone as their phone just rings or goes straight to voicemail. After some discussion about the order and some confusion on their end, they told me they had none of that model in stock. Rather annoying they hadn't bothered to contact us to let us know. (Of course, no apology given.) I ordered a similar cot, which was in stock, which they let me have for the same price. Great!
..But no, again this took almost a month to deliver, and two more phone calls to confirm the delivery dates. Both these promised dates came and went without a delivery. (That's a lot of wasted time off work!) Finally the cot did arrive, but without the drawer. Another phone call later and another promised delivery date - this time the week before christmas. No chance. We are still waiting! I've rung them today to get a refund and they have said it will be authorised next week. What?! I doubt we'll get our money back from these cowboys! In hindsight I would rather have spent double the money with a reputable known brand company than gamble with these sharks. Stay Away!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone, we had the worst experience with this company that lasted over three months, we got no apology in the end. They had no problem taking our money of us straight away. They don't reply to emails or phone calls or take any responsibility. I only wish I had read reviews on this company before I ever dealt with them.

Keep away from this company. We have ordered a crib which was promised 3-5 day delivery. Baby arrival in a house is so important and just4baby doesnt care about their promise. I havent received my stuff since 3 weeks of order. Finally it is with delivery company and they are closing for Xmas and cant deliver it until 30th dec.This review is before receiving our crib,god knows how our crib will be.Have to write another review on that later.Ringing and emailing staff turned out promises of delivery is round the corner ...but dont fall for it.They havent got a clue.we wish we really saw their reviews online before buying from them. But 10% offer they gave is not at all worth it!!!!so friends if you can just avoid them.

Its official this company sucks.
I have got my crib on 24th dec luckily it wasnt delayed until 30th dec like courier company said.Anyway I promised to write a review on the product.
The crib is damaged and scuffs all over the place.worst is promised a drop side model on the order but delivered fixed rail completely wrong product.
But decided to keep because we dont have anything else for little one to sleep.If I call them for replacement god knows when they would replace it.All this happened due to just4baby delayed delivery 3 weeks
So I will live with this unfortunately.

All in all pretty bad experience!!!Please keep away friends

This company is a joke. I ordered a baby chair from them and 3 1/2 weeks later it has still not arrived. No emails, phone calls etc to keep me posted on the situation. No apologies when I called (for the 3rd time) to ask about the status of the chair. I finally cancelled it. They took payment a few days after the order as well but as it's through PayPal I'm sure I will get a full refund. I would never use them again.

The phil and ted classic stroller is by far the best stroller around, and a great girl for my tall daughter, I bought it at an awesome price and the delivery was fast too. I'm so happy with my purchase and I got the best deal around for my money, very very happy.

If I'm honest, the website didn't fill me confidence... but I really can't recommend them highly enough. I ordered a buggy late (around 9pm) on a Wednesday evening. It arrived by 10am on the Friday (with free delivery). On top of that, the price was nearly £100 cheaper than on other sites. Thank you!

SLOW!!!Still have not received my order and only yesterday after me sending two e-mails did i get a response saying they are ready to be dispatched. It has been almost 2 weeks since i placed the order!! I find this un acceptable as it stated they were in stock on the website. I am not overlay impressed and will not be using them again.
