1st day of kicking myself into gear. Started day with 2 semtex to help boost my energy in early morning spinning class then 45 mins interval running on thread mill. Had healthy dinner followed by tonex, hebex and jgold. Go new me 😉

I have been using jstjodie products for over a year now, and with using these products during my diet and exercise regime I have lost almost 5 and a half stone! I started using Semtex+Tonex 45 days ago. About a week ago I added Nepto - night cleanser. These Products are amazing. I feel leaner and lighter. Jodie forever.

Excellent products and good offers should be made the most of. The delivery company are useless though. They never try and deliver to a neighbour or attorneys a 2nd delivery and the nearest depot is 30 min drive away.

Brilliant service and very quick to help me out by going out of their way to re post my package. I work long hourscand struggle to pick up from the depot , my package was sent out immeadiately with royal mail at no extra cost with next day delivery. Brilliant product , i love jst jodies products !! :)
