Total scam company
They take your order and make it look like they deliver within 5 working days.
At day 5 they seem to issue you with a tracking ref with Yodel, although they never give the parcel to Yodel, it continues to say ‘parcel with sender’.
When you contact them, they initially ignore you, then they try the fob off, saying it is 5 days to process the order and 5 days to send it - on day 10 the Yodel tracking still says ‘parcel with sender’ Joy of sweets then say that as they have sent it they can’t refund you and then tell you that it is not 10 days in total to wait for the Order, but 12 days. On day 12 they then tell you, ‘delays happen due to the time of year’. They totally refuse any refund saying that they have posted the parcel, yet the proof of postage still says ‘parcel with sender’ what a total scam company. I only received a refund as I complained to my visa. Please AVOID this company at all costs, they are the biggest scammers going!!!

Dont order if you're expecting a fast delivery. But worth it if you are ok waiting.

After seeing the company on tiktok I ordered 3k choc jar and extra sweet packets from them through thier website for my sons birthday party which was 13 days after i ordered. I saw the company had a 5 day dispatch policy so thought id get the order in time.
After 4 days, I hadnt heard anything so I emailed the company.
They responded quickly to say they were working on the order which was then "dispatched" 2 days later. It then took another 4 days for yodel to be given the items and then A further 5 days to be delivered. Which meant it wouldnt arrive for the party (which was fine in the end) this time frame does include weekends too.

The item arrives, the box was a little battered but products inside were fine. My only issue with the items is the sweet jar was not sealed. It had a plastic wrapper but it had obviously been trimmed to open the jar to be filled with my order so guessing the jars are from other orders and reused. Which again fine! But may be worth seeing if they can be sealed again somehow.

Overall the items were as I ordered. Delivery time is a bit long but if you are aware of this when you order then youre all good.

3 stars is just because of delivery time. The company responded quickly to my email with clarity and order arrived with all items.

Sweets were very nice and had a great selection but did recieve my order after 11 days after the event i needed it for..And i see alot of people have the same issue, if dispatch and logistics are improved this could be a great all round shop

SCAMMERS. Liars. Thieves. Please DO NOT buy from this company. They are absolutely awful and will refuse to give you a refund when they don’t deliver goods.
They blame the customer. Disgusting people need shutting down!!

Wanted to leave a positive review as my order came within a few days. Only negative is that I created a build your own bag, but a couple of my requested sweets were swapped with something else which I don’t like, so it will be wasted :( a bit dissapointed as not fully received what’s been paid for. But the rest of the order is great and received within advertised time frame.

Parcel was left on my doorstep at 9.15pm. I awoke the next day to no parcel. Ive contacted them sooooooo many times to arrange a refund or replacement but they just ignore u .. ill continue to leave bad reviews until my matter as been dealt with. Dreadful customerservices. Poor response time. I feel robbed !

Ordered on the 8th August for Halloween candy and I still have not yet received my order was told would be with me this week and yet order still says processing and getting no replies to my emails! I really should of checked out reviews before ordering. IOrdered in advance time aswell incase of any delays etc but over 2 weeks for a delivery already is ridiculous

Placed an order on 01 Sept for a present due 10 days later. Despite the website saying it would be dispatched within 3-5 days, I never received a notification it had been sent. After emailing I got told it was an issue with staff numbers. A few days later an email with tracking information was received but the sweets did not arrive and it didn’t appear the courier had received them. I sent several emails after the next month(!!) about my order including numerous requests for a refund and the company stopped replying to me. Eventually I tried one last time 36 days later abd finally received an email that my order would be refunded, which it eventually was.
Do not use this company, their customer service is horrific and there are plenty of companies that sell sweets that will fulfil orders and respect their customers. Needless to say the gift was never given.
Contrary to the response below no apologies or explanation was given for why I hadn’t received my order

Avoid this company waste of time , placed an order few times and they kept cancelling the order saying they couldn’t deliver , as if am in planet mars !! . It took them nearly a week to decide they couldn’t deliver and to my order

Placed an order on 22/09/2025 and paid for next day delivery. Received an email on 23/09/2025 to state that the parcel had been despatched. Emailed to follow up on this and was informed that even if you pay for next day delivery (I’m sure the whole purpose of this is within the name) that you have to wait 2-5 working days for processing. I responded back to the email and have been consistently ignored by the company. Have emailed again this week and was ignored (what a surprise), considering they cannot even meet their own deadlines. It has been 8 WORKING days now and I still do not have my order. I find this absolutely disgusting behaviour and I should have trusted the reviews. I’ve created a claim with PayPal as obviously they do not want to send me my order.

Ordered on the 1st of September and still have not received my order. Have contacted them multiple times and they have stated that the tracking has not been updated but the parcel is with the courier however have spoken with Yodel, who have not received said parcel. Customer service have lied to me numerous times and said a replacement order will be sent out yet nothing has arrived, I have not received a refund and customer service continues to lie. They take your money and never send a parcel. Complete scam and disgusting service. Highly upset and angry about this as the order was very large (for party) and required over 1 week ago. Furious.

I ordered some sweets for a birthday present 2 weeks before the birthday. The website said that orders were being dispatched within 2-5 working days. A week after I had placed my order I emailed the company asking if there was an update on my order, I got no response. 9 days after I ordered, I messaged them on Instagram, I got no response again. After 13 days, I emailed them again, and got no response. My order eventually got dispatched 14 days after I ordered it, which was after the birthday had been. Once dispatched, it took another 4 days to arrive. I have still not received an email from the company responding to my questions, and never got an apology for the delays.

I will NEVER order from here again. Awful customer service.

Rubbish company. Some of the sweets (the repacked ones are old) delivery takes to long. Even the sweets that's are just resold not repacked seem wrong even though there supposed to be in date. Just buy from your local shop this company doesn't seem anything special. DO NOT USE

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering! Wouldn't even give one star! A bunch of cowboys pretending to be be shop keepers. If over whelmed with orders employ more staff or work more hours to sort & dont work part time! Ordered for a milestone birthday as requested by intended recipient ordered 24th Aug got dispatch note 25th still waiting and then to make matters worse I had a confirm delivery email this morning. On checking the tracking yodel have still not received it! Checked ring doorbell and to no surprise there were no deliveries. Got a email reply just stating their processing and delivery time no advised delivery date. Ordered in what I thought was plenty of time but seems I am going to have a disappointed granddaughter. Customer service seems to be non existent - not a way to run a business. Shop elsewhere you'll have better chance of getting your delivery in a more acceptable time frame

Ordered a pick your own sweets but received a custom mix 2 weeks later. When contacted the company they said that they had received a blank order, which was lies. Have tried to return order but courier can't get anybody at given address on website. Would not buy from this company ever again stay away from them.

Very poor service only want money and not care about customers. They Took 2 weeks to send items. After asking to cancel due to not arriving in time for our party and we’re away after a certain date they refused to cancel and refund. Item now delivered and left in doorstep in heat and rain when we’re away for two a week holiday.

ordered 5th aug after sending them a private message to ask if order was guaranteed before i went away on the 18th was told 100% yes, still waiting 17th aug told them to cancel funny now how it has just been sent will now sit on doorstep for 2 weeks use sweetyz instead they are reliable

I wouldn’t even give one star. I ordered on July 31st, order arrived on August 15th. My order has arrived, an item missing and no refund, two bags of fudge are mouldy, and the rest is just melted mess (weather doesn’t help). I have tried to email and had one reply about the delivery but further emails have been ignored. I will be opening a dispute with Clearpay, as I’m very disappointed to have received damaged goods. My order number is #18196. I will attach photos of the mould if I’m able too.
