I would review my order if I received it in the first place, and I have sent umpteen email,s and no reply from the company so if you want to get ripped off dont buy from them in the first place .

Very very slow delivery, took over 2 weeks for the sweets to arrive. Sent emails and didn't get a reply. Customer service is appauling.
They don't seem to be bothered about you once they have got the order and the money. BEWARE ordering .

They said if you make more than 10 selections, they will choose for you randomly. Unfortunately their supposedly random selections were all gummies. Yet on the website the selections are in categories. How a random selection can be from one category beats me. Definitely not ordering from them ever again

The customer service from this company is appalling!!

I had to cancel my order immediately after placing it as their anticipated delivery date was too late for my function however I had huge difficulty in obtaining a refund, it took days for them to agree to do this, accusing me of lying about when I made contact to cancel the order, I had to provide the evidence, and wouldn't address the actual matter of refunding me, more interested in arguing than resolving my request.

Don't buy from this company!!

After having my order delayed and having to keep chasing them, my order was finally delivered but an item was missing. I contacted them through their website a couple of times but no response, I have even emailed them but still no response. Avoid at all costs

no comms. no notifications of reciept dont even know if they had my order until id left a bad review ?? iv now changed the original review because they have messaged me even tho it was demanding me to take down the bad review. i still havnt received any emails and they havnt received mine 🤔 they did get the order correct and all is good. it would be a five star review if it wasnt for the odering process which still wont work for me but they said im the only one with this problem 🤷🤷 the sweets r great and the delivery is good. just dont think i need to leave a bad review for someone to message me back 🤔🤔

Bought about 33 item on 22.5 and still have not come only communication I have had is about changing delivery courier, I have sent numerous of emails but nothing back, I find this really rude

Received order although it didn't contain large foamy bananas or Irn Bru bonbons - my chosen pick and mix did not exceed the 10 option limit either. Apart from that no further issues...

Due to delivery problems experienced by the supplier, I have not received the product. But to be fair I have given a review of 4 stars, as they have kept me fully informed throughout the process. In my experience not many companies do this.

My order has not arrived and unfortunately have not received any response to my emails!

I made an order on the 28/03 got sent a tracking label in the 30/03 since then it has only said with sender. Contacted company by social media and email many times got one email back end of April/start of May saying if the parcel hadn’t arrived by the following Monday I would get a replacement order. Since then I have contacted the company numerous times by email and all social media platforms asking for either a replacement order or a refund and had no response from the company at all! Told delivery would be a couple of days and over 2 months later I still don’t have my order. Poor communication.

I placed an order for 31 items. The delivery box contained only 25 items. The company owe me £6 for the missing items and have yet to offer a refund or arrange to deliver the rest of the sweets. I would not recommend using this company if you expect to receive what you have paid for.

Update - it is now 13 days since they took the money for items they didn’t deliver or even intend to deliver.
I wasn’t ever informed that I wouldn’t get some of the items or that a refund would be issued. How long does a refund take? If they do this to everyone they must be earning some amount of interest on all the customer money they are delaying refunding. How many more days or weeks until I get my refund?

Another update - when Joy of Sweets eventually issued a refund it was the incorrect amount, £1 short of what it should be.
In reply to their reply I had ordered 3x100g bags of sherbet pips. I received one pouch with no weight marked on at all which is why I thought there were six missing items from my order.
The four missing items were £1 each and the refund issued is for £3.

It is now 21 days since this company took money for items they weren’t going to supply and I still haven’t got any refund. They said they would refund me for the items that they didn’t supply but it is taking them more than three weeks to do this. Totally unacceptable.

Not resolved when the customer still has not received their refund after three weeks.

Genuinely awful customer service. This business is a scam. Order never showed, all my emails have been ignored, no refund given. Had to dispute with my bank as it’s been 6 weeks now with no response. Don’t order from here.

Placed my order for several different sweets on 27th March for my grand kids for Easter. They failed to arrive. Found out that Easter week they had gone on holiday for 2 weeks. No mention of this on their website. Have emailed them every week since they have been back chasing my order, either through their website or directly. Sometimes twice a week. Get given excuse after excuse and still no sign of my order. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, sometimes email ignored completely. Avoid them at all cost, plenty of other traders that I'm sure treat their customers better.

A reply was posted today (8/5/26) on here saying my order was delivered on 5/3/26. I didn't place my order until 27/3/26. I never did get my order but did get a refund last week.

ITS A SCAM OUTFIT!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I’d read the reviews before wasting my money. Ordered a pick and mix for my son’s birthday in March. Never received them. I’ve emailed them, and used their contact form multiple times, no response. They had the cheek to email me asking me to review their products! I replied that I never got them. No response.

I cannot fault this company at all. Placed a last minute order for my daughter’s 13th birthday party. They could not have been more helpful! Posted in 24 hours & everything was there as ordered. Exceptional customer service throughout & communication was spot on as well. Highly recommended & would definitely use again! Thank you so much

I am not one to complain or leave a review but … Literally the worst company I’ve ever ordered from.
Order took 5 weeks to arrive, multiple methods of communication were tried. Eventually got a reply asking if I want a replacement or a refund.

I was very specific and said that if any of the sweets I ordered were out of stock then I would like a refund.

I got no response to this but a replacement order was sent out … with many missing sweets despite my request.

Extremely disappointed and would urge everyone to look elsewhere! Why order from a company with so many awful reviews? They need to stop taking orders while they sort out these reoccurring issues
