My order should have arrived by 31st July and its now 13th August and still no order. I've contacted customer service more than once and still getting no reply. I am severely unhappy with joy of sweets

I have tried to contact this company I know they are still taking orders. I would advise people to give them a wide berth. I cannot access a telephone number. Continue to email them with no success.
I ordered from this company on 16th July 2026. I received an email on 23rd July asking me to review the items.I emailed immediately to say they hadn't arrived. Heard nothing. Contacted joy if sweets numerous times. Ignored. Order no. 21256

Tracking order is complicated and I didn’t receive the package

Sent the wrong item. Refusing to arrange / accept a return.

What an awful company.
I can see by reviews they are pro deflectors too.
Placed order as it was estimated to arrive by 27th July.
Sent email to chase up and recieved 0 response.
Ironic to send a 'rare our service' email when no service was actually fulfilled.
Yes I am a legitimate customer and left my order number as prompted.

I haven't recieved my package and i am getting no new updates it has been 8 days since i ordered i needed this package for an event so im disapointed

Up until recently I would have given 5*. Deliveries were a bit slow considering how close I live but my last order was missing a 2kg tub of sweets £19.99. I sent emails but got no reply. I’m very disappointed I thought I’d finally found a good place

I would like to say I enjoyed the sweets, because last time I bought some I did,but the ones I ordered this time haven't arrived yet,I have messaged numerous times but got no answer so I no idea what has happened

Well I was 3 bags of sweets short of what I had put in on my order so wasn't too pleased with it as they were meant to be a present for a relative, would I buy again? Very unsure about that

I ordered sweets for the first time way back in March. I received the order,but when I ordered more they did not get delivered.
I ordered again after a refund and I am still waiting. I have emailed yet again about this. But get no response.
Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered from them a month ago i asked the help email about my order and no reply, i still have no idea where the order is and have had no help in getting answers.

Ive probably email over 10 times now and all the company can do is ignore their customers! Placed and order 30th June, now 21st July and still nothing. They apparently sent it on the 7th, but i don't believe that. They have then said they sent it on the 14th, but royal mail are still saying they haven't received the parcel. This company needs reporting to trading standards under the consumer rights act 2015.

Order a month ago and still not received my order or an update as to where it is despite numerous emails and complaints sent.
Company says they aren’t a scam but finding this hard to believe going by the responses I have had so far.

No tracking details, no offer of a replacement order (despite me requesting this!) no apology………absolutely shocking. Go elsewhere and avoid this company by all costs!! You will never see your order or your money again.

Ordered early June but they replied saying I hadn’t selected my sweets which I thought I had on my order. Sent order choices mid June. Received nothing as yet over a month later. No response to emails and as others say no phone number to contact them. It is a shame as have previously been happy with them as ordered from them a few times in the past and been happy with the product.

If Joy of sweets means the joy of not receiving your order…then they’ve totally nailed it! Sweets ordered and extra paid for express delivery. It’s now 7 working days since the supposed delivery date and nothing. The event the sweets were for has passed. No response to emails sent and no number to call. Use this company if you want to give someone money for nothing.

Made an order, due to be delivered on the 9/7/26 still waiting for delivery. Will not respond to emails. Very poor customer service. Happy to take your money but won’t send goods or respond to a customer.

Not received my order or any response to the several emails I’ve sent. I should have read the reviews first. Ordered and paid on 25th June and not even had a confirmation email. Noticed you reply to reviews so hopefully hear back now??

Funny how you replied to me once I left a review.. apparently you didn’t have my email. Ok fair enough.. but I’ve since asked you when I’ll get my order.. no answer. But for a company that didn’t have my email you are managing to send me marketing emails. Which I have not agreed too. That’s surely against gdpr laws??

Overall ok experience. The quality of sweets were mostly good. One or two were a little bland for what I expected but majority was good. One of my items was out of stock and got swapped for something else, but I would have preferred a refund - I wasn't given a choice. The wait was the worst part. I expected it to take a little while but when it was marked as dispatched, it wasn't actually collected by royal mail for just over a week. I thought the parcel was lost but it did actually turn up so it worked out well in the end. Seems like things end up okay if you order well in advance of when you want it.
