Collar on Belden shirt not fully sewn on arrival. However, the mallow color is a very wearable pink in person and the fabric is exceptional. Wyatt cardigan is flawless and nails the casual luxury vibe.

Delivery issue immediately rectified
Had a delivery issue, the courier put my order in my dustbin which was promptly emptied by bin men. No card was left notifying me. Called JS they immediately rectified this and sent out replacements that arrived the next day. Beautiful timeless knitwear always!

Package not delivered and returned to company!
Package was not delivered by the courier company used - the courier company claimed they could not locate or access the address which is incorrect and the package was then returned to John Smedley! Extremely inconvenient and would suggest that you consider using alternative courier company.....
