All round good experience with Finlay leading me through the sale. Good selection of cars and flexible pick up slots, also dealt with any issues after handover.

Would like to say from start to finish of my experience with Motorchoice, it has been a pleasure. All the staff were helpful. Finlay who dealt with my purchase went above and beyond. As I travelled a long way for the car he literally covered the car with a magicians blanket. Thankfully the car was underneath when it was uncovered. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company, a big thank you. Also a courtesy call after I drove home the following day.

I bought my car with motor choice, Perth last week and was provided with exceptional customer service by everyone involved in my purchase. Findlay Pass, in particular was exceedingly attentive and above all, genuine.I couldn’t have asked for a better service and I highly recommend motor choice, Perth.

We came into buy a car for my daughter. All staff very helpful and knowledgeable but Finlay Pass sealed the deal. He listened to what we were looking for and couldn’t be more helpful from test drive to collection. Although he was day off when we collected the car, he called a day or so later to see how we were getting on with it.

My experience of being a valued customer of this company over many years and the salesman who i trust and respect completely i do not feel the need to change dealership when they are on my doorstep. myself and other members of my family who also purchase vehicles feel the same.

Initially great until car had been bought. Drivetrain light came on days after buying car phoned them and was told it would be due to the manufacturing recall and would sort itself once recall work completed. Took out 12 month warranty, car had manufacturing recall and surprise surprise problem not rectified contacted again to inform, advised to phone warranty only to be told its not covered as i never reported the issue to them directly. Now in communications with finance company and will be requesting evidence of call made to proceed with this as dealership refusing to take ownership for this despite them being contacted when drive train cane on. Absolute cowboys doing this to anyone in these difficult times feed you any old crap. Lee the sales man surprisingly doesn't work there now and Jordan Frazer (manager) informed that i was welcome to bring car to have a look at but wont cover cost of any work needing done. Surprisingly enought the air swirl flaps are covered in warranty but they are refusing to pay as this was not reported to them directly, i feel this should be noted on system or at very least advised to contact warranty company when i contacted them. Been passed about from pillar to post these past few weeks BMW garage have basically said ‘ive been ripped off’ with the work requiring to be done.

Now left to pay the money to have the car fixed and this is not cheap😡😡

£5450.00 to be precise which ive had to extend finance on car to fix.

The information that you have given is not accurate.
The car had a warning light on and not driving properly i stay in renfrewshire and expected to drive this to Perth to your workshop😂 i still stand by the reason i declined this the warranty company told me to contact a vat registered garage i did contact BMW who advised recall to be done. Motorchoice and the warranty company are as bad as each other. What good car dealership asks their customers to drive a car with a warning light from Johnstone to Perth to get it into their workshop im not looking for a death wish thanks

The mot seemed to go ok but next morning my car had a flat battery my wife leaves for work at 5.30 we had to call out green flag to get it started so she lost 2 hours of wages i then took an hour from my work to take it back to the garage so they could switch of what they left on will I use you again I think no very unprofessional to say the least

Shocking service don’t buy from this company I bought bmw got 2 keys after calling them back on day 1 telling them one dosent work ( ended up going to another company to get a new battery and fob car dosent start with it.
clearly never working from start and rear view mirror dosent sim told them about that from start also
then getting run around waiting for battery for fob for over month then they made an appointment in Edinburgh both edin and Stirling argued with each other over not wanting to do the job at there garage then due to covid I cancelled waiting on appointment again heard nothing called back again and later as waited since February Told nah can’t do nowt now it’s 4 months later cant fix anything that’s not covered by warranty
joke honestly I’m getting it dealt with by the motor ombudsman they will be going to take my case on I have all there replies to be fair there great when selling you the car but as soon as you left the forecourt they don’t want to know when you phone u feel the attitude in the start of the phone call phoned and immediately they get there back up attitude starts wouldn’t even dream of getting my next car from this Mickey Mouse company I should have stuck with vertu that’s were I normally get my cars anytime I had a problem there it’s sorted right away no hassle.
I just liked this particular bmw but never ever again not worth the hassle the stress is unbelievable and also found out that bmw have recalled this car due to a fault back in 2022 before I bought it so they sold me a car that wasn’t even 💯 safe going in to bmw in June to fix but it’s quite a big job surly they should have known
Asked for my service log was told it’s online went online not there as not done but bmw then went back 4 months later I get email with service receipt absolute joke. I have to do all the running around all they do is sell there not interested in aftercare at all if I can give anyone any advice it’s buy from someone reputable like veru or Arnold Clark don’t touch these small places there not helpful at all you’ll end up having to get external bodies to deal with it like I’m now in process of doing

BOUGHT AUDI Q 3 OVERHEATED FOUR TIMES IN ONE AFTERNOON HAD TO STAY IN A HOTEL AT MY OWN COST OVERNIGHT PAID HALF THE MONEY TO GET A NEW TIMING BELT BY THEM ,I TOLD THEM N O LONGER WANTED IT AND THEY REFUSED TO PAID THE MONEY BACK THE CAR IN REG IS KR 16 NTV

For a premium dealership I have to say very disappointed. An astonishing cost to investigate, which is “per issue” so having two issues you have to pay twice. Three weeks to book in then after it’s looked at and a job quoted as under two hours it then has to be booked in another fortnight down the line. I dread to think how inconvenient this would be if the issue was preventing you from driving the car. Service dept friendly enough but pretty slap dash finish from the workshop.
