I was met with a very helpful gentleman…
I was met with a very helpful gentleman at the service desk who confirmed what would be done to my car for the service, he asked if I needed the car back within a certain time and advised they would keep me updated on the progress
Within a few hours I had a notification that the car was in the workshop and currently being given a health check with an accompanying video. My car was cleaned like new inside and out on collection and was ready earlier than requested which was great

Everything was fine
Everything was fine . I waited in the reception whist it was carried out,enjoying a cup of coffee whilst listening to Amazon Music. I’ve never had a problem with the service.
