I changed my address because I moved, then placed an order for the confirmation to show old address, straight away I called customer service, the woman I spoke to was so RUDE she said it was my fault for not checking.
I tried to explain what happened.
She stupidly said well when it gets delivered you can tell them you don’t want it and send it back …
How thick, she said oh yes you won’t be there.
In the past I have ordered so much from JML NEVER AGAIN.
SUPPOSED TO BE A VALUED CUSTOMER.

Well I ordered something that I thought would be good as a gift. To my amazement it was on a sale price, it was delivered in a good time, I’m am sure it will be
perfect for the person I’m giving it too, thank you JML.

Product ok, but could do with off switch when connected to hosepipe. Has to be turned off at tap which is remote from work being done.

JML working with Froguul to scam vulnerable customers.

Misleading £29.99 monthly subscription added without clear consent.

I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with JML and subsequently Froogul.

What appears to be a normal purchase can quickly turn into an unexpected monthly subscription, and I believe the process is far from transparent.

My 62-year-old mother bought a product through
JML and believed she was simply completing a one-off purchase. At no point did she knowingly agree to join a subscription service or re-enter her payment details.

However, her card information was apparently transterred to Froogul during the checkout process, and they began charging £29.99 every month. Before we noticed, they had taken two monthly payments, totalling £59.98. We only spotted this because I help her with her banking and pointed the transaction out to her because it looked odd.

The subscription appears to rely on customers overlooking small print or not fully realising what they are agreeing to during checkout. In our case, my mother genuinely believed she was only paying for the item she intended to buy. JML did not mention once in the telephone call about a separate product offer or the company Froguul.

If you or your parents (elderly especially) shop with JML, check their bank statements for them to make sure the same isn’t happening to them. Just take a look over at Froguul reviews on here and you will see review after review after review saying the exact same thing!

Fraud at its finest. Shame on you JML.

Delivered as informed, pressure washer does a great job with excellent water pressure considering size. Recommended.

Josh & Jake from the roofing team attended our property today to conduct a roof inspection as we had some concerns about a major leak. They ended up just fixing the roof on the spot for us which was a HUGE relief as another company had quoted a 6 month wait to complete the work (after we had to pay them a fee to inspect the issue). The final bill also came in SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the other company. We are so relieved to have the roof fixed so quickly and in only one visit. Josh & Jake, thank you so much! We have nothing but good things to say about JML as previous customers from the plumbing side can confirm their roofing branch is just as great.

Bought the double zapper, absolutely useless. Customer service ignore you when trying to organise returns and don’t let you leave a review on the product page. Terrible company and product

Avoid this company. Purchased sunglasses and paid for postage. Definitely not as advertised Everythingsbout the advert was misleading and smaller than advert. When I requested a return and refund was advised to return at my own cost and via Royal Mail 2nd class and I was told in the post office this woud be £4.85. Don't waste your time. RN RMA183656....

Didn’t know if these glasses would be any benefit but tried them out yesterday as it was sunny and I was really Pleased with them.There was a lot less glare from the sun reflecting off other cars and made driving a lot better.Well worth the money.

I bought a pair of PolaOptics HD bifocal sunglasses from this company and they are truly brilliant I really cannot believe how good they are the company itself delivered their goods in good time and in good condition and I'm very pleased all round.
