The product doesn't do what it's meant to! It's absolutely rubbish in don't waste your money!

When i phoned to place my order the lady was very polite and very helpful.
The item, an articulated, powered, floor sweeper was despatched same day and delivered 2 days later. Unfortunately the cover had been damaged at some stage making it unusable. A quick call to the same lady got the following response - " so sorry about this. No problem will send out a new complete cover today. Any issues ring me back and will sort it ", New cover arrived following day, easy to fit and item works perfectly. Price was great, service was great - no issues

Received my wall heater in days of ordering it, easy to fit in my workshop, but no remote control was in the box. Contacted customer service and told them and they said one will be sent out, hopefully it will has you can’t turn heating up or down

good price fast delivery handed them to me not tryed them yet

Finding what I wanted - non slip shower mat - ordering and delivery, all went very smoothly.

Worked fine for a month,then just stopped. Nothing in the instructions for fault finding,so money wasted. I will say that on low settings, it's relaxing,but don't go too high as it's more like torture!

Received my lights 5 days ago, I was happy at first, I have followed all the instructions, sadly the lights have fallen off the wall twice, came home today to find another one on the floor. Surely you can arrange to manufacture a better method of adhering the lights to the wall.

Absolute rubbish go vac, suction terrible not as promised

Perchaced a scub buddy at tesco about 10 month ago and did not keep my receipt I went into Tesco to see if they could trace my purchase with my club card but they weren't able to do it, so I have rang JML and they have been extremely rude saying it wasn't there falt and because I have no receipt they were not even prepared to look into it so I warn you do not purchase from from them or make sure you keep your receipt the the person I spoke to was very abrupt and rude, didn't even want to talk about what could have happened to cause this .I was not asking for a refund but to be spoken to the way I was is unacceptable.

The cover is a good idea and my wife likes it as she uses it.
We had a hiccup in delivery but on reporting it to jml they fixed it quickly.

Ordederd a new iron .Bit of an exspensive 1 but well worth it .Smooth glide didnt stick to the clothes like other irond ive purchased. Stem was like a pressure cooker going off .ironing took shorter time too do .Well impressed

Easy to purchase what i wanted at a good price. My goods arrived really quickly.

Brought a stafly cordless jet wash had it about 13 month's and I have just come to wash my windows with it charged the battery and put some water in a bucket connected it and the jet started leaking water and dripping down the handle and on the machine next minute it stopped working and now wont work at all the product is a complete load of rubbish and for the price it a joke avoid buying this as it isn't worth the money avoid, product isn't fit for purpose

Ordered two items, one item arrived belonging to another customer, this had another customer's name and address on the attached Invoice, with my details delivered to who knows. GDPR complaint swept under the carpet.

When they corrected the missing item, the Vivalife Easy grabber, what I received was an inferior product to the one advertised, avoid at all costs.

It was easy to make the purchase and the delivery was fast but it doesn't vacuum down very much and it doesn't hold as much as the video portrayed and the clips for the side straps come off far too easy i won't rush out to buy a nother rucksack

This little Chop Chop is fabulous.
Easy to use and wash , fits in my cupboard and chops a whole onion in seconds. Love it 😀

Easy to order and quick delivery.

I bought a JML power washer from ASDA and after using it 4 times it stopped shooting any water i tried all the trouble shooting it still did not work, I contacted JML customer service direct and their response was take it back to ASDA they didnt want to do anything about it ! So they just supply their faulty power washer to outlets and then wash their hands when there's a problem, I will NEVER buy a JML product again

Great overall service. My nose/hair trimmer stopped working after being dropped. By coincidence, I saw the advert on tv. I ordered it and it arrived within a few days. I am very happy with the product. It does what it says. The blades are very sharp and need minimal contact with skin. The led light is very helpful. Very happy with product.
