everything could not have gone smoother. The ordering, payment and delivery was great. The package was well wrapped and secure. A definate 10/10 for JML.

Very fast delivery got it the next day. The dry buddy is also very good and easy to use dry my clothes very well.

The couriers are getting more and more LAZY they cant even be bothered to bring our parcels to us they leave them in the lobby which is not a safe place the parcels get STOLEN and we do not get them back we are mostly elderly and disabled there are two lifts so please tell your couriers to ring our bells and bring our parcels to our doors and hand them to us. Leaving them in the lobby is no good they get STOLEN.

AVOID JML – TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I genuinely wish I had never bought from JML.

I received an item that was damaged and broken. Instead of JML taking responsibility for the issue, I was told to return it at my own expense.

I returned the item through Royal Mail on 26 August. It has now been weeks, and the parcel still has not been delivered.

JML then asked me for proof of postage, which I provided. You would expect a company to then investigate the issue and try to help resolve it.

Instead, when I contacted customer services at JML, her response was simply:

“It’s not our problem.”

That pretty much sums up the level of customer service I have experienced.

Royal Mail have also been extremely unhelpful. The package had a weight stated on it by JML, and I paid the postage based on that information. I have subsequently been told that the parcel was underpaid because of its weight.

I have since paid the outstanding postage and made a claim with Royal Mail, only for Royal Mail to refuse the claim and tell me they will not take the matter any further.

I went back to JML because the item originated from them; I was returning a damaged product they had supplied, and the postage issue relates to the weight stated on their packaging.

Their response?

“It’s not our problem.”

So I'm now left with no working product, no refund, a missing return parcel and money spent on postage, while both JML and Royal Mail point the finger at each other.

The most disappointing part isn't even the original damaged item; problems happen. It's the complete lack of ownership and customer service afterwards.

A company should stand behind the products it sells and help customers when something goes wrong. Telling a customer “it’s not our problem” after they have followed the return process you asked them to follow is simply unacceptable.

I will never buy from JML again.

If you're considering buying from them, I'd seriously think twice. Hopefully this review saves someone else from having to go through the same experience.

Ordered sunglasses 3 for yhe price of 2 but wasn't overly impressed as the tv advert certainly made them out to be a lot better than they actually are . The tortoise shell ones were ok but the black just made everything dark . Couldn't be bothered to send them back but certainly wouldn't recommend them .

The product doesn't do what it's meant to! It's absolutely rubbish in don't waste your money!

When i phoned to place my order the lady was very polite and very helpful.
The item, an articulated, powered, floor sweeper was despatched same day and delivered 2 days later. Unfortunately the cover had been damaged at some stage making it unusable. A quick call to the same lady got the following response - " so sorry about this. No problem will send out a new complete cover today. Any issues ring me back and will sort it ", New cover arrived following day, easy to fit and item works perfectly. Price was great, service was great - no issues
