Worst experience ever had when buying a car. Bought the car it broke down 3 days later returned the car to receive payment back as o lost all confidence in the car and that was 2 weeks ago which in that time I haven’t had a single phone call on what happens next or regarding when I’ll receive the money back.

Do not buy from this company. Sell faulty cars and then when you review them, they flag your review to get it removed.

Trying to get my review removed again are we Luke? The court case is still ongoing so choose your next move wisely.

Having wanting a new car we came across JJ Premium. I talked to Max over the phone who was more than helpful. Sorted a day for us to come and look at the car. On the day we was welcomed and got to see Max who took us through the whole process. Max was right up our street. He is a truly amazing person who we were happy to be dealing with. Thank you so much from start to end the process has been brilliant and you deserve a pay rise, you are definitely in the right job.

I recently purchased a Porsche cayman S.
They took my Audi TT as a trade in which on the phone told me I would get &1000 more than they actually gave me,to add insult to injury when they looked over my TT they reduced the offer by another £500 saying it needed a job doing on it ,my TT was immaculate in its presentation compared to the Porsche .
In there favourer they did service it and did the jobs it needed doing,but the oil they used was cheap euro parts oil not what Porsche advise you use,and they handed it over over filled and with a damaged sump plug.
I made a trip of 400 miles each way for this car ,I waited 3 hours in the portakabin and never even got offered a coffee
The car is now looking fantastic and drives a dream

I came to view a BMW X6, spoke to Oliver who was very helpful to start with, the vehicle was brought round in a less than clean state. I explained that I was trying to decide on a X6 or a X4 and just couldn’t make up my mind. There were a few things needed doing before it would have been ready for collection. My main concern was the tyre wear, the tyres were muddy and I couldn’t see them properly. I test drove the vehicle and loved it. He seemed very reluctant to even check the tread to see if they needed replacing, why? I then left and said I would call back with my decision. I called back and he didn’t contact me until the day after. I had made my decision to buy after lots of thinking. I eventually got a call back and again no answer on the tread state of the tyres. He said he would look into it 🤷🏻‍♂️. Nothing heard since, sale lost I’ve gone elsewhere and got a cracking deal for exactly the same car. Very disappointed.

The sales consultant Lucy couldn't have been better . Not realising you run an appointment system we turned up unannounced, to look at a particular vehicle, and she couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Throughout the consult she was friendly kind not pushy but professional and very helpful. When there was a problem when we came to pick up she was exactly the same and couldn't do enough with a manager from the body shop to rectify the problem with him even delivering the vehicle to us as we live quite a way away in his own time. I would recommend this car sales for being so helpful and non pressurising , and they don't rush you, which is so nice when making a large purchase. Also the attitude of staff is so important and I can't fault the people who dealt with us.
