I ordered a moissanite chain and it’s incredible!! It shines hard! I’m so happy with it I felt a duty to come back here and let yall know. They got my business because they actually respond and give detailed answers. Some of these other brands don’t even acknowledge you smh thank you JF. Customer for life

Jewelry Buying Experience Made Extraordinary by Responsive Service
After initial sizing mishaps with my customized bracelet order, JewelryFresh's tremendous responsiveness addressing multiple replacement exchanges to achieve ideal comfort for my exact wrist vision has been nothing short of sensational client care. Their solutions-focused diligence at every turn ensured my once turbulent order concluded perfectly with a beloved lifetime carry. Immense gratitude to Danny and the entire support crew for uplifting customers creatively through compassionate precision - both hallmarks of premium keepsake providers.

A1 service and product
I found Jewelry fresh bc a UFC fighter was promoting them on IG. I ended up picked up moissanite earrings and a chain. They hit hard and pass the diamond tester. Got to me in 3 days.
I was a little hesitant buying jewelry online but i saw they had like thousands of reviews with pics of customers showing their items so I knew it was legit. Plus I contacted them and got an instant response. Overall very good experience
