Jewelry Fresh Recenzje

I ordered a ring and my card was charged. I received a message immediately saying it was out of stock and my order was not going to be filled. I checked back on their website and it said 3 in stock. I can’t purchase another until my refund is back on my card. Stay away from them

I wish to formally warn consumers regarding my experience with Juwelier Früh online store. My order was paid for in full but has never sent and never been delivered. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no written response from the company.
I contacted the store by phone and spoke with a male representative who promised to investigate my complaint and provide a response. To date, no follow-up or explanation has been provided, and the matter remains unresolved.
Based on my experience, the company has failed to meet basic standards of customer service and contractual obligation. At this point, I consider the transaction unsafe and unreliable. I strongly advise other consumers to exercise caution before making purchases from this store.
Due to the lack of delivery, communication, and resolution, I am now pursuing legal remedies, including consultation with legal counsel and filing reports with the appropriate authorities regarding potential consumer fraud. I also reserve the right to publicly share my experience to inform other consumers through my TikTok and YouTube channel.

I bought a gold chain from Jewelry Fresh that tarnished within a few weeks. The plating was very thin and the chain broke easily.

Been buying jewelry online for years now. I usually grab the cheap stuff cus honestly im lookin for adeal. I always thought the cheap items looked good til I decided to splurge on a moissanite chain from jewelryfresh to see what the hype is about. Hands doen its the craziest looking piece i ever owned. The shine blows all my other jewelry away. Now i decided im only gonna buy less pieces and save up for only moissanite from these guys. much better than having a huge collection of cheap stuff. I cant even wear my other joints now after this lol. Well worth the price and it came in like 3 days

Well, I would have liked to leave a review about some of the jewelry pieces, but unfortunately I can’t. I made a purchase with jewelry fresh over five times. And each time it tells me that it has declined my card because I only have a certain amount of money left in my account. However, if I have $200 in an account and the whole total comes up to not even $100. What difference does it make of what I have left. I tried it two more times with another card. It did the same exact thing to me. I don’t care if I had five dollars left in my account , I had enough for the total purchase. I feel like this is a scam situation. If it’s not a scam then I don’t know what it is. Because I can’t understand why I kept getting declined. But I will never use them ever again, well... I never really got a chance to use them now. Did I. Is anyone else having that situation????
