I have 1 KNIFE that is exhibiting rust spots.
So far I have to find the order number (my wife did as a pressie 3 years ago)
We DIDNT retain that data - and why the heck should we...? they are guranteed for 25 years!!
So who has a 24 year old email?
These people need to be a bit observant., NO way I buy from them again... the catalogue goes in the bin and termintate accounts - Customer service dont respond until pushed... and when asked ask for evidence...
given they have NOT been in business for 25 years then the knife or what ever IS in its life span

My cutlery set was of very poor quality. The Customer Service is absolutely ineffectual. I have been requesting a refund since January, this is still outstanding!!

I bought 2 items separately The Whatever pan and a knife set They are awesome I’m so delighted with both
Their customer service is just what we all want Polite decisive and helpful

Excellent customer service.
After a couple of years, two of my set of 3 frying pans developed a fault.
They replaced them with no quibble and my replacements were with me within 3 days of emailing.

Excellent customer after care.
My digital scales suddenly stopped working excrllant after care service.
I made contact as my scales stop working I I I made contact as scales stop working even with new battery and ask if a reset button. I could only give a rough date of purchase around march 2020.They replied immediately apologising they are no longer working asking for photos of them.
A new set was sent out recieved yesterday just 5 days after first made contact.
How refreshing of a company to act like this.

I ordered a sandwich maker and a set of knives from this seller. They sent me only the sandwich maker, which was chipped and scratched. And no knives. I have been trying to get a hold of them since days, as one apparently needs a code to return the damaged item, but nobody answers. It is such an incredible waste of time and money. I will never approach any of their products anymore.

I ordered a knife set, nice plain and simple. Had them now for 2 months, they have rusted and one completely snapped. Followed the care and guidance set out by the company. Put a complaint in for the warranty only to be told I had to return the whole set so they could review the issue before a new set would be sent out. I asked a simple question of how is anyone supposed to cook with no knives as they came as a set to be told it was their policy. When calling customer service I was shouted at due to an error of a previous customer service representative. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money they’re just rude and unhelpful

Never written a really bad review but I suppose it happens with time.
Was gifted a set of stainless steel pans which looked beautiful and worked perfectly for us. Fast forward about 5 years and we have found the handles coming adrift on the pans we use most regularly to the point of leaking fluid on to the stove top.
Checked out the warranty and it says 25 years so decided to contact customer services.
Explained they were gifted to us so we have no receipt, sent pictures of pans to prove we do actually own them, although I suppose I could be in somebody else's house taking photos of their pans, but that would really be trying it on.
Every excuse ranging from 'they must have come from Amazon' to 'we have no record of you purchasing them from us directly' so the only way forward is a receipt.
How many people do you know who gift you something give you the receipt or alternatively do you keep a receipt for everything you buy just in case?
Do these people really think I am a 'pan fraudster' and am out to steal a set of pans from them?
All I want is a little bit of customer service and understanding that these pans don't 'cut the mustard' & should be replaced or did I misread the warranty as 5 years not 25 years?
To top it all one email called me by the wrong name and another had so many spelling mistakes and poor grammar that I wonder if it is a kindergarten that I am talking to.
Not really asking for much, but what the heck....if 'Team JP' as they like to call themselves won't play ball then I will be on here venting my spleen, and make it known that I am very unimpressed with this company.

The knives are great, but they signed me up to receive their postal catalogue spam without asking, and now I can't unsubscribe. This is a practice from the 1990s. Wake up.

It's a great pan to begin with. Had mine about two years but now the black bit are starting to flake off and I'm hoping they're not poisonous. Thought the pan would last alot longer. If I buy a new one it won't be from this company.

The Whatever pan is great, everything else I bought is shockingly overpriced and horrendously poor quality. Don't get charmed by the lightness of the belly pan set. They are light because they are utter rubbish. The Whatever pan cook book is a flimsy leaflet, and the silicon pan grips don't stop you burning yourself. Utter overpriced rubbish.

Recently purchased and already used a few times. Lovely versatile pan and so easy to clean.

UPDATE - After posting on their FB page about the below I was asked to get back in touch with the customer service team about the issue. After a few more questions and photos being sent they sent out a replacement knife set.
Although we got there in the end its 4 stars as you shouldn't have to take to social media to get to the right result

Bought the chopaholics oriental knife set a couple of years back and they seemed ok for the money. Recently one slipped from my partners hand whilst drying up and the knife fell around 2 foot onto a cushioned vinyl kitchen floor. The end of the knife broke. Customer service received a photo and proof or purchase but told me it wasn't covered under warranty as it was misuse/accidental damage. Knifes get dropped all the time without breaking and so I would argue that if a knife cannot be dropped from a short distance onto a cushioned floor without the end shattering off then the quality is incredibly poor in the first place. They did kindly invite me to purchase some more from the website though which I declined.

Took my money 4th November , item arrived 22nd November damaged, sent it back ,still not been refunded 2 months later , They have admitted their courier damaged it , agreed to refund me many times but can’t get my money back.
Getting my bank involved.

This dreadful firm are involved with umpteen online scam casinos. I am inundated all day long with their rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

Stop sending me gambling emails. I have never ordered off you and I do not want any emails off you.

We are sending back your catalogues time and time again 'return to sender' requesting they remove our address from your mailing list, but still they keep coming.

Although they have removed my partners name from the address label, this how now been replaced with 'the Householder'

Sent message on their website = If we receive any further ones I will refer the matter to the Information Commissioner's office to make them aware of the this / to assist you in doing so.

Do not buy from them or you will get a million spam casino emails per day from random emails so you cant block

They'll offer you fantastic deals just to get your details but don't deliver anything they say!
Customer service may as well be non existent as is takes about a week for anyone to get back to you and then they don't even answer your question or want to solve any problems, just all lies.
Once signed up you get spammed with emails and texts.
I've unsubscribed and blocked this shoddy state of a company.

I don’t normally do reviews, I think you have to try yourself then make you’re own mind up
My personal experience was it didn’t do what it said on the tin ,
Now I’m sure if I made a complaint, they would have questioned how I used it , how I cleaned it etc, I’m just a home cook , I cook and I wash up , if there are instructions that make that unusual, it’s not the pan for you .
