Absolutely pathetic service, broken item, and no reply or solution from JBTools
Absolutely pathetic service. I placed an order for 3 lug nut sockets. Received the order in a white bubble mailer with no internal packaging. One of the three sockets was damaged, the protective sleeve was broken. I email, fast reply (only reply) stating they would replace or refund. I requested a replacement. Over a week and I no replacement or reply. I email again and no reply, a few days later another email, voicemail and no reply. I. Call again and speak with Susan, who seems SHOCKED this has been taken care of, "3 people working on this and plenty of inventory" according to Susan.
Such an eazy fix and it's too much for them to tack care of I guess.

Shipper returned product to jb tools.
Nothing but crickets since.
No longer answer emails, no refund, no phone calls answered.
So they took my money and filed a claim with shipper. I got zero!
Pay the extra and buy elsewhere!
