Ordered a club pm on 10/2/2023, arrived at 10.30 on 11/2/23.
Condition of used club exactly as described on site.
Brilliant service, would highly recommend.

Very poor service. Ordered new custom built clubs 3rd Jan and quoted 10-14 days delivery. I chased after 14 days and told callaway didn’t have shafts and they would be in soon. Messaged again a few days later as nothing and told shafts in and clubs would be express built that day. I messaged again and told my shafts weren’t in that next delivery was 6th Feb. I messaged 8th & 9th Feb as heard nothing finally they said still no shafts and next delivery was 6th March! Now I lost all trust in what they told me so cancelled the order. I was asked if I wanted alternative shafts in a message but did not receive a phone call after the third time of failed delivery of shafts. Sorry for long post but just the facts. I’ve never had problems like this with golf equipment from other companies.

5 stars is not enough. Absolute bargain price (58% of as-new price) paid for ex-demo Stealth Irons, one has a small scuff on the sole and the other 6 are as-new pristine. Purchased Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning. Going to the range (to scuff up the rest) this afternoon, but wanted to say 100% recommend and thank you to JamGolf.

Initially had some reservations as I hadn’t previously heard of or used Jam Golf however after reading others reviews on here decided I would use them. The website I found easy to use with plenty of options. I was spoilt for choice with payment options which was a nice surprise as the clubs I wanted were out of my initial budget and payment options of this type were not offered on competitor sites. I placed my order late on a Thursday evening and opted for free 3-5 day postage. I was pleasantly surprised to receive them on Saturday morning. I also phoned to ask a couple of questions and found them very helpful and polite. Great service and will definitely reuse in the future.

Superb communication led to an order for a set of irons which was most efficiently dealt with, and received the next day.

After myself laying out nearly £10 to return recorded with signature in which they signed for return over 10 days ago I am still waiting for my refund.

Ordered my new set of Cobra irons on 24th December expected them not to be delivered until after New Year because of holidays but we’re delivered today. Couldn’t be happier with them will definitely be ordering again from Jam golf. Great service

Great price for a taylormade driver and fast delivery .

Bought a used ping driver for £230. Selling on eBay for about £250 and rated 3 star so was a bit nervous. However, so glad I trusted this company. The club was delivered quicker than expected. Was able to pay interest free installments through Klarna with easy set up on the website checkout. The club is in what I would call very good condition. Only a few minor marks on the bottom of the club. Cosmetic rather than likely to damage performance. Had a few hits on the range and it's an amazing golf club at a great price. Very happy customer!

Don’t want to know when you want to return an order.

I ordered at around mid day on black Friday. Order confirmed within 30min. Delivery was 25hours after ordering. That is simply unbelievable. Well done JamGolf. That is an epic sales process. Great deal on a club and balls. I was using the club a little over 1 day after ordering it. Thank you.

Excellent and very prompt

Jamgolf were waiting for a response from TaylorMade on my faulty sim max clubs and I wrote a frustrated and negative review . Since then Matt at Jamgolf has been in contact several times and has provided an excellent solution to the issue . I take back what I previously said about these guys in fact they have been really proactive providing first class customer service . Well Done .

My second order so far and will definitely be ordering from JamGolf again. I haven't tried to return anything yet, but given the attention to service I'm hoping the process will be equally positive.
