Great choice of clubs, very good prices & quick delivery

Golf club delivered on time and was exactly as described - a brand new Taylormade Qi35 max lite 7 rescue club. Price was more competitive than other sites by a good margin.

I decided I needed some new clubs since mine are coming up to 7 years old now so was doing. Some digging around and found Discount Golf Store had a fitting studio not too far away from me in Rayleigh. So I booked a fit and I have to say I was so impressed with the kit and Freddie was fantastic. I went there thinking I wanted the Callaway Quantum clubs but he recommended I tried the Ping G440 woods after seeing me hit a few and I loved them, started striking the ball so much better. By the end of the day I decided I liked the Callaway irons but the Ping woods were definitely for me so he fit me for both brands. I now have a new set of Ping woods and callaway irons on the way!

I was also pleasantly surprised when purchasing the clubs from them that they removed the cost of the fit off the clubs so I pretty much got the fitting service for free.

Very happy with the price and service they gave me will definitely be a returning customer.

I placed an order for some shoes and clothing, it was late being despatched which they acknowledged and despatched on an improved service, which is great. I ended up returning the goods but it has been 3 weeks since I returned the items and I am yet to receive my refund or any reply to the 3 e-mails I have sent requesting an updateon the situation. There was no returns information with the order so compared to other retailers, so its not as simple to return the items (no QR code etc)
Prices may be good but service is lacking. I won't be using again

Brilliant service by Freddy and Steve for a custom fitting for irons, wedges and woods. Really detailed fitting process and would highly recommend if anyone is looking to replace any clubs custom fitted in the bag. Also great value compared to other custom fitting services.

Very happy with clubs, only worry is the rescue club seems very short compared to all other clubs ? What size should it be ?

I placed an order (#1000128181) for a bag advertised at 100% off with 'last one left' banners. I received a tax invoice marked 'Status: PAID.'Despite this, I received unsolicited, coercive phone calls over the weekend from staff who refused to identify themselves, demanding a £350 payment and claiming I 'only paid shipping'—directly contradicting their own invoice. As a minor, I found these high-pressure tactics extremely aggressive.When I raised the legal breaches (Bait Advertising and Aggressive Commercial Practices under the 2008 Regulations), the e-commerce manager was dismissive, ignored my rights as a minor, and cited 'glitches' to void the contract.I have now filed formal reports with Trading Standards, the ASA, the ICO, and the CMA. If you are a young person or looking for honest pricing, I would look elsewhere.
EDIT AFTER THE RESPONSE:
I was called without notice or consent to be recorded, i was not even told. I did not "agree" it was a glitch; I simply acknowledged their claim during the out of the blue call. As a minor being phoned randomly on a Sunday, and with the language used on the call It felt coercive and threatening. As a 3rd party listening to the (unconsentual) recording of said call you cannot speak to the pressure I felt during that call.

The golf shoes I ordered became out of stock before my order was completed. Simon called me to explain and offer other alternatives. I went back to website and decided on a pair of Foot Joys. They were sent out immediately. When I got them they were too small. Back on to the store and a 61/2 were sent out. Perfect. Just waiting on my refund for the New Balance pair. Excellent customer service.

Great beginners set of Wilson clubs at a decent price plus next day delivery.

Excellent service from this store, there was a problem with delivery but that was nothing to do with Discount Golf, all in all our golf club was delivered in a week, on the third attempt, so a swift service, excellent communication with store, more important, a happy husband.
