The location and services were great.
I had just one observation and comment which is the air conditioning did not work all night in two bedrooms due to the sensor on the walls.

Great customer service, answered all (of my many) questions, followed-up after I arrived to make sure everything was going smoothly. We stayed in coral cay villas and loved every part of it from the staff to the food to the service.

Great service and easy. After all of the pre vacation communication I was disapointed not to have interacted with your concierge team during my stay.

This is my third experience working with Jamaican Treasures and each time I have been very satisfied and the villas have went well above my expectations! All properties I have stayed have been well maintained, the staff has been great, and the staff with Jamaican Treasures has been awesome. They always answer all questions promptly, provide great information to help you prepare for the trip, and are very professional when it comes to the business of selecting a vacation property, reserving it, and ensuring timing account of payments. I only use them when looking for vacation rentals in Jamaica!!!!

The staff was absolutely amazing. Damion, Rosey and Richie did an excellent job in treating us with so much care. Damion especially did his best to take care of everyone in the Villa, every night he made sure all our needs were met. Rosey's cooking was to die for and we enjoyed it very much. Richie took care of my mother by making sure she was alright at all times during our stay. I'd recommend this Villa to anyone who wants the best experience while visiting the beautiful island of Jamaica.

The company did a great job accommodating us (15 people) for our family trip. The home was perfect for us and they managed all the smaller
details with ease. They were there to greet us upon arrival and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. I would recommend them to any large or small group!

Absolutely incredible property with 5 star service. Great location and proximity to areas attractions. Staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every desire. Valentino was amazing and instrumental in fulfilling our dream wedding on the property. Natoya made every meal memorable. The wedding cake she made us will never be forgotten. Property was clean and inviting thanks to housekeeping. Troy even showed us techniques to catch land crabs at night. I highly recommend van rental. Damien our driver took incredible care of us and went above and beyond the entire trip. Dreamtime villa was simply perfect and a memory we will never forget. I cannot say enough about how great the staff was! Can’t wait to plan another trip to the beautiful island of Jamaica!
